Caffetteria La Dolce Vita — Restaurant in Catania

The worst experience I ever had in Catania. The owner was so unfriendly since the beginning when I ask to go to the bathroom, regardless I was very gentle and agree without problem to buy the necessary to have the right to go to the bathroom. When I went out, he was blaming me and yelling me in a very disrespectful and racist way, saying that I left the bathroom floor dirty, when the toilet wasn’t even working well. I was treated like if I was an animal, yelled in front other clients. This is not the way a women or man should be treated, not to mention somebody who has a degree as a “Dottoressa”, and speaks three languages.

All I see in this place is pure IGNORANCE.

To all the foreigners and tourists I definitely recommend you to...

Se vi trovate a Catania non andate mai in questa caffetteria. Sono entrata per acquistare un pacchetto di vigorsol e ho chiesto gentilmente di andare in bagno, il titolare mi ha risposto: se vuole andare in bagno deve consumare cibo o bevande. Ho preso un ginseng e quando gli ho detto che non è corretto come comportamento, in quanto in una attività è obbligatorio il servizio igienico mi ha presa per ignorante. Io da commerciante nn mi sono mai rifiutata di far andare in bagno le persone con o senza consumazione. Il tutto per entrare in un bagno dove io che sono magra nn ho avuto difficoltà, una persona obesa nn potrebbe mai entrare, figuriamoci un disabile. Sono rimasta allibita anche per il tono con cui mi ha parlato....

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata negativa, personale veramente scortese. Visto il post che ha scritto forse non ricorda bene come sono avvenuti i fatti. Io non volevo assolutamente NULLA gratis, ho pagato i due fogli che lei ha stampato e (ovviamente) volevo pagare anche la fotocopia. Le ho dato 5 euro (davvero non si ricorda?), ma lei si è rifiutato di cambiarli. Ho preso le monete ma mi mancavano 5 cent ( 5 CENTESIMI!!! ) e lei ha preferito non darmi il foglio. Il signore che ha sentito il tutto mi ha prestato 20 cent, e OVVIAMENTE ho restituito il resto. ALMENO riporti i fatti come sono...
