So, I’m sure the whole space/funky vibe appeals to families with young kids. I just wasn’t really feeling it. However, the food, that was great. And the service was fantastic as well. The young girl that took my order was amazing. Very friendly very helpful. I think it was a manager. I was speaking to as well was very upbeat and helpful. I’ve been trying to find a place that had good carbonara the whole 2 1/2 weeks that I’ve been here. This place did not disappoint. If you can get past the whole space thing, and I hope you can, it’ll be worth it. The pasta was very obviously made fresh. The guanciale was sliced and crisp perfectly. The egg yolk was creamy and flavorful. The price was really good and if you consider the portion size, the price is amazing. I also tried the red moon just because I wanted a Plan B in case the carbonara wasn’t good. And the red moon wasjust as impressive the tomato sauce and fresh basil were so flavorful. I’ve had just as impressive the tomato sauce and fresh basil were so flavorful. I’ve had pasta with some form of red sauce or pesto probably a dozen times in the few weeks that I’ve been here. And none of them held the candle to this red moon. This next part doesn’t affect the score, it’s just an added bonus. All of the other places that I’ve gone were either Disappointing in flavor or ridiculously difficult to get to because of hideous parking situations downtown and in the city center. The parking here, while not great was very manageable. There is a beautiful walk from parking to get to the restaurant. It’s a nice area a nice neighborhood. I’m not positive but I have a feeling that it’s a pretty new business, so I hope they’re really successful because this town needs this restaurant. Cosmo Pasta is hands down one of the coolest pasta spots I’ve visited in Sicily! It was so nice I tried it twice. The whole concept is fun and unique everything is space-themed, from the names of the dishes to the décor, which makes the experience really memorable.

The pasta itself is fresh, generous in portion, and full of authentic Sicilian flavors. I tried the Carbonaut and Caciohole, and both were excellent creamy, perfectly seasoned, and made with top-quality ingredients. The guanciale in the Carbonaut was crispy and flavorful, while the Caciohole had that perfect balance of pecorino and black pepper.

Prices are very perfect (all dishes are 8€) for the quality and portion size you get. The menu is creative with a wide range of options, from classic recipes like Amatriciana to unique twists like Pistacosmo (pistachio pesto).

The atmosphere is casual but vibrant, with colorful artwork and posters that fit the cosmic theme. It’s a fun place to sit down and eat, but you can also grab it to go.

Questa sera, per la mia ennesima cena da studente pendolare Palermitano, dopo una lunga giornata mi sono soffermato su questa accattivante realtà, durante l'ubriacante ricerca di un'ispirazione in mezzo alla variopinta offerta proposta dalle diverse app di food delivery. Fidandomi dei numerosi e ottimi pareri ho ordinato uno dei loro gustosissimi primi. E da un non amante della chiave food porn - spudorata o soft che sia - nell'offerta di pasterie espresse sempre più diffuse nel territorio, ho potuto apprezzare davvero l'equilibrio degli ingredienti scelti, valorizzando la naturale e squisita presenza dentro al piatto. Così come la cottura, che ho trovato ben mantenuta nonostante il tragitto; e il guanciale veramente di ottima consistenza. Ho apprezzato anche il kit di posate nel packaging (con tanto di affettuoso ringraziamento), anche se non richiesto in questa circostanza, perché per quanto possa suonare una banalità, si tratta di una abitudine fondamentale dal momento che in sede di ordine per cenette improvvisate da b&b come la mia stasera, per la fretta spesso mi è capitato di dimenticare di chiederle, vivendo poi situazioni disdicevoli. Le porzioni inoltre, generose e per niente stucchevoli. Nota speciale infine per la puntualità della consegn; malgrado mi fossi accorto solo dopo della discreta distanza dal mio civico, non ho aspettato un minuto di più di quanto comunicasse l'app in tempo reale.
