CRUDO Fish - Sushi - Lounge — Restaurant in Catania

We booked a table at CRUDO on the recommendation of our hotel - for New Year's Eve dinner - this makes this Story more difficult. When we ordered the table, we were told by the staff that it would cost €120 per person - not exactly the cheapest option looking arround the competitin. So the excitement grew - what will it be? The evening was overwhelming, a fantastic menu with 5 (fresh Fish) courses, plus dessert, including drinks, wine and Prosecco at midnight. When the music came on and people started dancing, we realised that we wouldn't be going home before midnight 🍾😀. Dear CRUDO team - you gave your guests so much pleasure!!! The food was fantastic, the highest quality, it was a great, great value for the money! The whole team, including the chef, you looked after your guests fantastically and didn‘t forget celebrate with us for yourselfs! My wer and I, we haven't spent such a great New Year's Eve with such fantastic food for a long time. It was very bad, the staff was not friendly, we waited for our order for about 1 hour, when all the waiters were running around and it was not clear what they were doing, the food was extremely disgusting, the shrimp were overcooked, the squid were tasteless, the only thing that pleased was that you can smoke in the establishment, it was impossible to sit near the wall, it seemed like something was climbing there, maybe it was a rat, or maybe it was a marten, we did not understand this, I categorically do not recommend this...
