MR.ARANCINO — Restaurant in Catania

Once landed 🛬 in Catania I want to eat arancini but preferably vegan 🌱 so Mr Arancino have delicious solutions for vegetarians and vegans too ‼️

With my best surprise Giuseppe , the owner talked with me about the vegan ingredients 🙌🏼 that he uses and I said “ I have to try “ … hmm.. I cannot say how good and delicious were his arancini. I took also a vegan dessert that he handmade with rice milk, rice, Nutella and pistachios 🚀

Typical Sicilian ingredients from the ground as eggplant, basil 🌿, good tomato sauce, pistachios, vegan besciamella!

Thank to Mr. Arancino I could eat traditional street food without having any issues 🥰

Then you find also traditional arancini with meat and fish .

I drink a Catanian drink called “spuma” a bit typically sparkling ( I dived into the tradition )🙏

Great vegan menu and wonderful staff This spot is fantastic, Giuseppe the owner has gone to great lengths to make sure the vegan menu is interesting and varied, including the desserts. Our favourite is the caponata arancino, made with Nonna's recipe! The sfincione are unique and the ONLY place you can get a vegan version. The food is excellent and now they have lots of tables you can sit down at (we came with 12 people!). Aggiornamento. Dopo una prima esperienza positiva risalente ad un anno fa, mi trovo costretta a rivedere drasticamente la mia recensione. Abbiamo ordinato vari arancini, uno più pessimo dell'altro. In quello ai funghi, hanno utilizzato i chiodini sott'aceto, conferendogli un sapore talmente acido da renderlo immangiabile. Tutti gli altri erano praticamente senza condimento. Nessuno dei presenti è riuscito a finirli. Oltre ad essere rimasti a digiuno, ho anche collezionato una pessima figura, dopo aver decantato questa arancineria. Pensare che, un tempo, era la migliore. Ripigliatevi.

PS: No, li ho ordinati proprio da voi. Nessun errore. Uno dei miei ospiti era anche un vostro assiduo cliente. Nell'arancino c'erano dei chiodini sott'aceto che conferivano all'arancino un sapore acido. Ci credo che solitamente utilizziate i funghi champignon, in passato avevo assaggiato i vostri arancini. Ma non mi stupirebbe che, quella sera, avendoli esauriti abbiate provato a fare i furbi. Per non parlare di tutto il resto. Riso in bianco con uno sputo di condimento. Concludo dicendo che, mettere in discussione una recensione solo per non ammettere i vostri errori, è un pessimo modo per recuperare clienti. Vi consiglio di fare tesoro delle critiche, un po' di umiltà non guasterebbe. Con tale atteggiamento, vi farete soltanto fagocitare dalla...
