Forno Moderno — Restaurant in Certaldo

Oggi abbiamo scoperto questo Panicifio/Bakery+ per caso: abbiamo visto gente entrare e uscire anche con i 35 gradi, sachetti in mano, quindi abbiamo deciso di provarlo. Innanzitutto, le signorine che ci lavoravano sono state gentilissime con noi. L'atmosfera è accogliente e bello. Hanno delle delizie croccanti chiamate "sgronchierelle" (forse ho scritto la parola male, ma), buonissime! Sono come delle focaccine croccantissime, salate, unte in modo meraviglioso, e sono aromatizzate con cipolla o noci, o anche cereali o mais. Più sane e molto più gustose delle patatine e un'alternativa divertente alla focaccia! Buona spremuta d'arancia fresca e i migliori pasticcini realizzati con ingredienti di alta qualità e fatti alla perfezione. Anche la selezione di bevande fredde era ottima, e hanno prodotti alimentari come le uova e vendono anche salumi come salame e porchetta, oltre a piatti caldi fatti in casa. Scommetto che anche il caffe sia meraviglioso, abbiamo visto che hanno una macchina speciale che macina i chicchi freschi per ogni tazza! Torneremo sicuramente qui 💖😋 Grazie mille!

Today we discovered this place by chance-we saw people coming in and out even in the 95 degree heat so decided to try it. First, above all, the ladies who worked there were so kind to us. The atmosphere feels cozy and friendly. They have excellent crunchy treats called sgronchierelle that are soooo good. They are like very crunchy flat breads, salty, oily in a wonderful way and these treats are flavored with onion or nuts, or even plain grains or corn. Healthier and much much yummier than chips and a fun alternative to focaccia! Delicious fresh squeezed orange juice, and the best pastries using high quality ingredients and baked perfectly. The selection of cold drinks was great too, and they have groceries items like eggs and also sell salumeria items like salame and porchetta, as well as homemade hot table dishes. I bet the coffee is wonderfultoo, we saw they have a special machine that grinds the beans freshly for each cup! We will definitely return here💖😋 ...

Premetto che non sono solito lasciare recensioni, ma in questo caso mi sembra doveroso.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo magnifico forno mentre giravamo per Certaldo, e si è rivelata una scoperta straordinaria. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, il cibo è di altissima qualità e il personale è semplicemente fantastico.

Abbiamo fatto colazione e Silvia ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza, facendoci assaggiare alcune specialità tipiche davvero deliziose, tanto che le abbiamo ordinate di nuovo il giorno seguente :) Prima di ripartire il giorno dopo abbiamo preso anche alcune schiacciate da portare via favolose. Trovate dolce, salato, pizza e prodotti tipici . Perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e per aperitivi/cene. Un grazie a tutte le ragazze dello staff.

Tornerò sicuramente; e anzi...potrei partire da Reggio Emilia appositamente per mangiare li :)
