Terrible Experience, Stay Away!!!!

We came for the all-you-can-eat deal and were told everything on the menu was included. Turns out that was a lie. The waitress had a nasty attitude from the beginning. She brought our sushi out like she didn’t care at all – it was falling apart, badly made, no effort whatsoever.

When we tried to order the more expensive items from the menu, they suddenly “didn’t have them” anymore — yeah, right. Clearly just didn’t want to serve them because they were pricey. Total scammy behavior.

Then when we got the bill, they added the dessert as an extra charge. We said it should be included, and instead of handling it calmly, they started yelling at us. Literally raising their voices and being super aggressive, like we were trying to scam them or something. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

The whole vibe was like they didn’t want us there. Rude faces, bad service, and yelling at customers? No thanks. Food was mid at best. Not worth the money...

A parte la qualità imbarazzante del "cibo" (ho mangiato li una volta purtroppo) mi soffermerei sull'aspetto igienico. Aspettando di sedermi non ho potuto non notare dal pass che divide la sala dalla "cucina" scatole sporche impilate, sopra pentole e padelle luride. Sui banchi bidoni di olio esausto (marrone) da riutilizzare dato che non avevano il tappo. I muri sporchi, unti. In sala, sopra il banco dove vi è il frigo contenente il pesce fresco (?) da tagliare, un foglio da parte del porto di Genova indicava una sanzione dovuta al sequestro di materiale. Era lì, si poteva leggere chiaramente.

Certo, conoscevo la cultura (senza generalizzare) di alcuni cinesi, ma quando vedi con i tuoi occhi cose simili saluti e te ne vai. Ed è quello che ho...
