One of the tastiest and finest dining experience in Italy. What a beautiful and modern restaurant the ambiance will surprise you and the service is truly impeccable.

There is a gourmet menu and a traditional that are served at different parts of the restaurant. If you reserve with Fork it is for the gourmet restaurant.

We were there as a couple and had a truly experience 7-course meal.

The appetizer and Umberger as well as duck were my favourites but everything was so unique and special. As a Canadian visitor the price was unbelievably affordable for such fine dining. This place needs a Michelin star.

The total transformation of the derelict old factory (which always seemed to be crying out for a new lease of life) is stunning. The food is fine dining and the wine selection is very extensive. We had a nice evening, the only slight negative was that there was minimal atmosphere. If it had been busier and the upstairs bar had been open I am sure we would have spent longer and enjoyed more. Wow. Found this beautiful restaurant by chance and we are so glad we did. It was our favorite restaurant that we tried all over Umbria. We loved it so much we came back the next day for our last dinner. From the moment you walk in the service is incredible. The menu is really unique, the dishes we tried were excellent. Everyone working there is friendly and thoughtful. The interior design is stunning. Also bought a bottle of their olive oil. We are looking forward to coming back and bringing our friends here.
