Such a charming restaurant that surprised us with delicious lunch! It was raining so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor terrace, but inside was warm and inviting, and luxuriously rustic. I ordered a delicious pink gnocchi which I forgot to photograph, but the highlight was the most incredible ice cream we’ve ever tried. It’s pushed around on a massive cart towards the end of your meal, and you have no choice but to indulge. The mixed fruit compote went perfectly together. I almost want to see the ice cream tasted like sweetened burrata gelato somehow. Insanely good!

Excellent food & service. Very nice setup, both inside & outside. Atmosphere was great and we could enjoy a quiet table in a smaller room (still well-decorated). Starting with the cheese & prosciutto platter, combined with the wine, followed by wild boar main courses. To finish the feast, home made gelato fior di latte covered by berry fruits with cappuccino. I starred the place to get back on our next vacations.

Everything was amazing. Home made pasta with smoked ricotta, asparagus gnocchi with local toasted prosciutto, lamb and roasted potatoes, warm polenta with local cheese “ fondue”, homemade crepe with amazing filling with hazelnut sauce. Everything homemade. Incredible experience of local cuisine in a beautiful setting. Warm service. Don’t miss it!

Not the first time here and won't be the last. As a local and acquaintance I'm a little biased BUT a place where waiters wear running shoes means they run and they really do. Good food, nice service, super patio and the bill isn't that bad. Keep on like that Elena and Pier.

Mettiamo insieme alcuni pensieri, senza impostare troppo questa recensione. Accolti con un sorriso dal personale di sala che ci ha confermato la possibilità di entrare nel locale con il nostro piccolo cane. E a proposito del personale di sala... sempre sorridente e davvero simpatico, senza mai essere invadente o fastidioso. Parliamo di cibo: crostone porcaloca con Kren e mele, buono e saporito. Tartare di fassona approvata da mio padre macellaio con 40 anni di esperienza. Frico che supera brillantemente il test madre. Di primo, spaghettoni con ragù rustico (porzioni adeguate ma da volerne molti di più perché davvero buoni). E gnocchetti di zucca ugualmente squisiti. Per dolce, mega bombazza di gelato fatto in casa con guarnizione di cioccolato/frutti di bosco servito al tavolo. Che dire, pienamente soddisfatti!

A mio parere locale nella media con le altre proposte di fascia media del centro cittadino. Spiccano gli interni arredati con gusto in stile rustico-tradizionale friulano con dettagli in pietra, fogolâr e arredi e suppellettili ricercati e ben disposti. Bello anche il portico esterno nella stagione calda. Sempre gradevole il servizio e la mise en place (anche se mi ha lasciato perplessa l'utilizzo di tovaglie e tovaglioli in TNT al banchetto di una cerimonia di anniversario di matrimonio). Gradevoli anche le pietanze servite (anche se talvolta molto salate, altre con accostamenti piuttosto azzardati, altre ancora con materie prime di qualità poco convincente, ecc.), comunque sempre ben presentate e generalmente porzioni giuste.
