Kilt Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Claviere

Come ogni anno ormai da 8 anni quando mi reco in Francia per le vacanze agostane passo dal Monginevro ma prima mi fermo a Clavière e scendo al ristorante Kilt . L'ultima mia recensione è stata quella di due anni fa dove non ho potuto dirmi soddisfatto del pranzo prospettando di essermelo rovinato scegliendo il tiramisù che non era buono piuttosto che la birra alla spina che non era all'altezza . La marcia in più di questo ristoratore è la capacità di sapersi migliorare ogni anno . Facendo tesoro delle critiche ha innovato il settore birre già nel 2016 proponendo le birre bionda e rossa alla spina della Menabrea ( biella) una garanzia di genuinità . Quest'anno ho , finalmente , assaggiato il bonnet . Tipico dolce torinese curato personalmente dalla titolare profferto tutti gli anni ma solo quest'anno assaggiato e, per me una piacevole scoperta . Quest'anno locale un po' pieno , ma il ristoratore è riuscito a trovarci un tavolo , solita pizza buona , personale di sala rinnovato stagionale . Più i titolari che della squisita accoglienza ne fanno un must . Took a group of students for a night out of the hotel. The service wasn't great. Wanted to charge us for tap water because they would have to use the dishwasher to clean them.
