After staying in colico for a few days and visiting here a few times and always having items forgotten or my order messed up the cherry on top was on the final day of our trip we visited here just around lunchtime, it was quite empty, someone came and asked would we like drinks, we ordered a large beer and a cocktail and a pizza to share… easy enough no? 2 minutes later another guy with an iPad comes out and said can I take your order and we said it’s okay we already ordered and he said tell me what it is, so we told him and he stormed off inside leaving us a bit confused why we just ordered twice. About 20 minutes later the drinks arrive and it’s a small beer and a completely different drink than what I ordered and the guy asked what pizza was it again (it was just a marinara ,surely the easiest to remember?) we told him anyway and let him know the drinks were wrong which he was super apologetic about and that was all fine no big deal, not worth leaving a review over a little forgetfulness. The absolute worst part was the guy with the iPad then brings our next round of drinks out and starts saying this is why you were meant to order with me now your drinks are wrong and it’s your fault and walks off, my boyfriend immediately called him back and said why have you just been so rude to us as it’s absolutely not our fault that we apparently ordered off the wrong server and he said “the other staff ate stupid they don’t have an iPad to place the order so how did you think you were meant to get anything?” I just said we don’t work here and when someone comes up and asks can I take your order I assume that I can order from them especially when it’s not at all busy and all they have to do is walk inside and recite a beer and pizza and cocktail, even if he did forget it’s fine, what’s not fine was how the iPad guy literally started shouting at us and said are we dumb for ordering off the original man. Literally the weirdest experience ever and after all of it ipad man had to come back and tell us the pizza was never put through 45 mins after originally ordering it???? And again it was our own fault apparently? So after everything my boyfriend went to pay with the all high and mighty iPad man who apparently is the only worker that is allowed to interact with anyone just to see a €6 service charge, bare in mind we weren’t given any bread or aperitivo so we were literally only paying that for the service- which was shocking, he asked for it to be taken off and the iPad guy said no it’s impossible it’s mandatory it’s the law (it’s not) , we hadn’t even been charged this other times we’d been there either but the guy wasn’t having any of it and refused so my boyfriend just gave up, we ended up totalling €40 for 2 drinks and one pizza and being yelled at for no reason. This place doesn’t deserve to be in business with people like that working there , please think about supporting another one while...
Read moreNot recommending. It literally changed my view on eating out at restaurants. Are they even enjoyable anymore? We ordered a medium rare ribeye steak thinking that it would be good at a steakhouse. Total mistake. People who came after us ate their food and left before ours came. It arrived after 40 minutes and it was almost raw. There was barely any crust on the steak. We were given a hot stone to cook the steak further if we would like to but the stone was barely hot. It was obvious that they knew the steak was undercooked thus the cold "hot stone" as a solution. The grilled vegetables werent bad but they werent prepared the way they are suppose to. Fried cheeseballs were nice and tasty and they were the only thing i enjoyed. The 3 euros per person service charge is a total disgrace as the restaurant is severely understaffed and it takes huge effort just to order your food. Even though restaurant has a really large place the tables are so close to each other because it is packed with tables. Why do you need that many tables? You have only three servers for the two floors of your restaurant. They gave roses to women as it is valentines day today which was really sweet but honestly i would prefer something better than a single rose for the money i paid. In the end we paid an above average bill. Not only i am not going to visit this place ever again but honestly as long as i dont have to im done with restaurants in general. Im tired of paying so much money without barely enjoying my experience the way how all the restaurants started operate...

Salad caprese was served with one leave of basil, and based on our request another three leaves were served. And, the tomatoes had really not enough time to mature. Another food described as containing basil, was decorated by one leave. This type of green decoration is probably a local specialty. Our four meals were served at four different times; again a local habit? Five different waiters have been moving around, in a hurry. Speed of their movements however absolutely could not compensate the poor work organisation. Guests in the neighbour table also did not seem to be too happy; they returned one of their meals. Many of our other experiences in Italy have been great, but this last place, named restaurant, was definitely not...
