Ovvio Caffè — Restaurant in Colico

This was a interesting experience 😂 The staff we had was not polite, were busy doing their own thing and there was no cook?? They had to make it all themselves which took so long. We waited like 45 minutes for 3 sandwidches and some pancackes. I went to the bathroom on purpose to see what was going on inside, and saw one of the waiters quickly finishing the pancackes after waiting all that time. And then the food was so plain.. one PIECE of lettuce, some chicken and cheese that was it. The smoothie also definitely did not have the ingredients it was supossed to have. All the food was plain and boring, sorry. Overall, really bad. We had a few laughs tho at how bad it was, so that’s something 😂 Oh, and the music was toooo loud. I would lunch somewhere else...

Absolute little gem - an unsuspecting place amongst many fancy restaurants by the wharf. Hands down, the pinzeria (like a pizza!) was surprisingly amazing that we came back again the next night, their specials were also great (we had two other pork dishes also delicious??). The wait staff were so nice, and the owner is also the friendliest person. Perfect place to get some great food, great drinks and desserts!!! The vibe inside is super chill and there is a chest full of games (not to mention like a video game system too). Would come back again in...

Una bellissima posizione, sprecata dalla qualità dei prodotti e del servizio. Mattina di un giorno feriale, poca gente in giro. La giovane cameriera che ci ha portato i menù, dopo 20min che attendiamo per fare l'ordine, con animo quasi stravolto ci dice che dobbiamo attendere la collega. Alla fine torna lei dopo 15min su nostro sollecito, la collega non arrivava. Ordiniamo due colazioni da 6€ con cappuccio, brioches, acqua e succo d'arancia. Attendiamo altri 15-20min. Quasi pronti ad andare via, cosa che vediamo fare a molti altri tavoli, arriva quanto ordinato. Qualità pessima del cappuccio (amaro, imbevibile) e brioches(secca, forse cotta troppo). Decidiamo di pagare, nonostante tutto, e andarcene, lasciando purtroppo tutto lì. 12€ di colazione regalati. Faccio presente al ragazzo dentro sia l'attesa di un'ora, che la qualità dei prodotti. Mi viene detto, con fastidio: "ha visto quanta gente c'è?", gli rispondo che il locale interno è vuoto e fuori solo 4-5 tavoli pieni, gli altri sono andati via. Sulla qualità dei prodotti non è d'accordo perché sono cose che ha fatto lui stesso, va bene. Mi fa pagare, non ascolta, mi da ragione a priori come la si da ai pazzi, e mi invita a chiudere il discorso. Ho cercato di far capire, in maniera educata e costruttiva, che non avevo alcun fine personale, visto che ho voluto subito pagare e così è stato (niente scontrino però), ma che forse avrebbero potuto ragionare su alcune cose che gli hanno fatto perdere 10/15 clienti in un'ora.
