The food was okay overall, but the experience left a lot to be desired, especially when it came to the lobster pasta. The dish arrived with a whole lobster, still in its shell, placed on top of the pasta and covered in sauce and butter. There were no tools provided to open the shell, and when I asked, the staff seemed confused. I had to ask multiple waiters, and it was clear this isn’t something they’re prepared for; despite expecting guests to break open a saucy lobster themselves at the table. It ended up being a mess; I sprayed sauce on myself and the table just trying to eat it.

The waitress was kind and doing her best, but she was clearly overwhelmed with too many tables. I received the wrong drink, and by the time the food arrived, my glass was already empty. No one followed up to offer wine or another drink. She did offer to have the lobster taken to the kitchen to be opened, which I appreciated, but by that point, the experience was already off-track.

Amazing location, amazing food, excellent service! Situated next to the lake, it has an amazing view both from the outdoor terrace and inside. The menu is quite generous and you can eat a splendid pizza for around 10-12 euro. But if you wish to taste some exquisite dishes the price will be higher but the dish will be worth every penny. We had a risotto dorato con mascarpone all'erba cipollina (attention: min 2 portions per order, so basically if only one person wants it, will get a huge plate and pay accordingly for two portions: 18x2=36 euro), and a filetto di manzo in salsa tartufata (29 euro), but both dishes were amazing. Buongiorno. Pensando di fare cosa gradita a due amici siamo usciti a cena. Gli atteggiamenti che mi hanno particolarmente infastidito sono stati: 1) prese ordinazioni tutte insieme (antipasto - primo/secondo). Non avevamo terminato antipasto ci sono stati portati gli altri piatti senza nessuna preoccupazione di togliere i piatti degli antipasti visto che non avevamo ancora terminato non potevano fare altrimenti quindi ci siamo trovati con antipato e primi insieme. Lì abbiamo sbagliato noi perchè quando ci hanno portato le altre portate avremmo dovuto rispondere che le potevano portare dopo il termine dell'antipasto e soprattutto dopo aver sbarazzato i piatti; 2) professionalità dei camerieri a supporto di quanto sopra scritto help me!!; 3) ordiniano dolce castagne calde con gelato... ragazzi erano dure come sassi, immangiabili. Evidentemente buttate nel microonde e provato a scaldarle ma vi assicuro immangiabili, non si riuscivano a masticare da quanto erano dure. Le abbiamo lasciate; 4) al termine stavamo beatamente chiaccherando, erano circa le 23.30 l'andirivieni dei camerieri "sbuffanti" ci ha fatto chiaramente capire che dovevamo alzarci. Così ci siamo recati alla cassa dove il conto è stato strabiliante! Davvero sopra le righe rispetto al trattamento ricevuto. Non aveva nulla a che vedere con la qualità dei piatti, l'organizzazione nelle portate e soprattutto la qualità del cibo. Insomma, non lo consiglio a nessuno! Deludente e ci ha permesso di fare una figura meschina nei confronti degli amici.
