Sono una cliente assidua di macha pokè, ordino circa due volte a settimana con consegna a domicilio e spesso vengo anche a prendere di persona il mio pokè. Ieri ho effettuato il solito ordine, un pokè è arrivato perfetto, l’altro era un disastro, sembrava già mescolato ed era poco. Ho chiesto tramite il servizio di consegna a domicilio se era possibile averne un altro fatto bene (ho allegato anche la foto) ma voi avete risposto che non era possibile. Allora ho fatto un altro ordine, che non avete visto, e che quindi mi è arrivato tardi e a cui mancavano gli ingredienti che avevo chiesto fossero doppi. Trovo ridicolo che non mi abbiate rifatto il pokè sbagliato, ordino da voi circa 3 volte a settimana, rifare il pokè senza farmi pagare di nuovo sarebbe stato il minimo!! Avete perso un...
