NORTHPUB Riva del Garda — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Situazione: sono andato là facendomi circa 2km a piedi (perché era l'unico pub aperto a quell'ora) con degli amici più che altro per mangiare qualcosa, avendo fatto ore e ore di auto, allora arriviamo là e la cameriera fin da subito si è presentata scocciata, è venuta al nostro tavolo e ha preso l'ordinazione di 3 bibite e 3 food a memoria, senza scriversi nulla, dopo un po' esce dalla cucina il bere e 2 food, ma ne manca uno di food, aspettiamo ancora per almeno mezz'ora dopo di che entriamo a sentire per poi scoprire che la cameriera si era dimenticata di segnarlo... siamo andati a riferirglielo e come glielo abbiamo riferito lei ha risposto: "No, non c'era", ma quando le abbiamo rinfrescato la memoria sul fatto che glielo avevamo ordinato la sua risposta è stata: "Aaaahhhhhh non l'ho segnato", ma più che altro non si è venuta a scusare per la sua dimenticanza, con la persona interessata al tavolo, ha fatto scusare chi stava al bancone al posto suo. Se non si ha voglia di lavorare, si sta a casa e le comande al posto di fare i "fenomeni" sarebbe meglio scriverle, per evitare tali situazioni e figure con i clienti. Votazione una stella, ma per scrivere la recensione.

Preciso, che ho aspettato un po' perché di solito nei posti ci vuole più tempo per preparare certe cose piuttosto che altre, dopo l'ho fatto notare, ma quando l'ho fatto notare oltre a quello già citato mi è stato detto che non si poteva fare più nulla, perché la piastra l'avevano già pulita. Per rimediare alla dimenticanza per aver preso l'ordinazione a memoria, il food bisognava farlo e non dire che era già stata pulita la piastra, dato che ci sarebbe stato solo quello da fare e considerando che eravamo turisti e non siamo là tutti i giorni da poter dire ci ritorniamo un'altra volta. Rispondo al proprietario dicendo che bisogna accettare le critiche dei clienti senza discutere e farne tesoro per insegnare l'educazione ai propri dipendenti, dato che la cameriera come detto fin da subito si è mostrata scocciata e arrogante e le comamde per evitare errori si prendono a mano e non a memoria e questo l'ho detto a chi era alla cassa, perché gli errori ci stanno, ma questo si poteva evitare benissimo... una comanda la prendi a memoria se te la ricordi, non se non te la ricordi, preciso poi che era anche l'ultima comanda. The waiter was very friendly & welcoming. The food did not resemble Mexican food that I have had previously. I had chilli which had a strange taste to it & was extremely salty & had no spice or chilli to it! Just a green chilli resting on top. The food was served within 5 minutes & It tasted like ready meal food, not freshly cooked. My husband had a ‘pulled pork wrap’ which was also strange tasting, as the ingredients within the wrap didn’t seem to go well together. The fries were good. The waiter did not ask if our food was ok, however this may be due to a language barrier as we don’t speak Italian! We came here because of the burger options we saw on Google. Unfortunately the menu was not as expected, so probably there was a change, or maybe weekdays are different from weekends, not sure. I posted the menu we got in the photos. Food was unfortunately very disappointing 😞 We ordered picanha steak and the only burger on the whole menu. The steak was super chewy like a shoe sole and the hamburger lacked flavour. The french fries were very good though, they were freshly made. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
