Food was fine, nothing special but not bad either. We made clear our order and the waitress agreed on what we ordered but when the bill came it wat 58.8% more than it should have been ($27 Euro instead of $17 Euro) and she thought that was fine. Her reasoning: it was busy and she gave us a nicer wine than we had ordered but she never once mentioned our 'upgrade', only when we were paying did we find out. She was not at all gracious about it. I would avoid this place based on this alone. If you mess up and give a customer better wine than they ordered without telling them then that's your call but you cannot expect them to pay for it. Leaving the review as I'm still sitting here. Never done this before, however the place is just wonderful! After being in Milan and Como and getting some passable service, I can't believe how friendly the staff are here going out of their way to accomodate us and our luggage. Lovely manner with us and the kids, being very patient with them choosing from the soft drink menu...and changing their minds, as kids do!! I walked in hoping to enjoy a coffee, only to be met with a chaotic scene — a heated argument between a waitress and two customers. Before I could even take a seat, the waitress stormed up to me and started shouting, asking if I was “a guide.” I had no idea what that even meant, and the aggressive, disrespectful tone was enough for me to immediately walk out.

Checking the reviews afterward, it seems like rude behavior from the staff is not uncommon here. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place if you’re looking for a calm or welcoming environment. Definitely not...
