Disappointing Experience – Misleading Menu and Poor Service

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. One of the major issues we encountered was the extremely misleading menu. Several of the items were listed for a minimum of two people, but this was not clearly indicated. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, assuming they were single portions, only to be charged double when the bill came. There was no clarification from the staff when we ordered, which made the surprise all the more frustrating.

On top of that, the service was painfully slow. We had to ask multiple times for our food and drinks, and it felt like the staff was completely inattentive. Waiting for what seemed like ages for both our appetizers and mains really detracted from the overall experience.

Overall, between the misleading pricing, the slow service, and the lack of communication, it was a very disappointing dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they improve on both transparency with their menu and the quality of their service - which was promised on...

We had lunch here while changing from the train from Milan to the Bernina express train. I intentionally made a reservation here based upon the reviews I read. I am so glad I did. This lunch was fantastic with service and food quality and wine selection. We loved it. If I lived there, I would eat there every week. The owner was very friendly and hospitable and concerned for our enjoyment. The waiter was spectacular. I recommend you have a reservation and a reservation when they first open because it became very busy quickly. Once again, our best lunch from Milan to Switzerland to Paris. We are going back to stay in that town sometime in the future. We had frisée salad, langostino raviolis & veal schnitzel, crème brûlée and 2 great bottles of wine the waiter recommended. I wouldn’t recommend this place, mainly due to the atmosphere and service. The staff were unfriendly, borderline rude, and seemed completely unfamiliar with their own menu. Every question we asked was answered as if we were intruding in someone’s home, not a paying guest at a public venue.

One of the waitresses even made a face as she walked away from our table — which was especially odd, as we hadn’t asked for anything or said a word to her at that point. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

To top it off, they brought our child a plastic cup that looked like it had been around since the restaurant was founded — old, scratched, and honestly quite unappealing.
