The table setting pretty good and tasteful, major down side is the overheated room ( what made me stop ordering more and leave ) too loud and cold looking environment, staff with no charm and very distracted without any hospitality training. Excellent sushi and sashimi, I heard the best in town. I loved the quality of the fish and the presentation of the dishes is refreshing and just a bit different compared to a normal sushi restaurant. The miso soup and algae salad were really tasty too. The service was very friendly, but there is room for improvement here, it seemed they were a little overwhelmed by the Saturday crowd of their customers. Siamo finalmente approdati in questo rinomato ristorante giapponese di Cremona. Con tutta onesta, visto le recensioni che abbiamo letto in precedenza, sono rimasto deluso. Le aspettative erano altissime, sapevamo che avremmo speso parecchio (rispetto ad altri ristoranti dello stesso genere in zona) ma immaginavo che le pietanze proposte fossero state doppiamente buone. Così non è stato! Preciso subito che era tutto buono, nulla da ridire, sulla qualità e sulla presentazione dei piatti. Anche l'ambiente si presenta molto bene ed è giusto che venga pagato anche quello. Non mi sento però di mettere 5 stelle per il fatto che con il prezzo pagato immaginavo di avere un qualcosa in più che mi facesse dire una frase del tipo "solo al Kandoo di Cremona posso trovare quel gusto o quel piatto strepitoso". Ho volutamente preso sushi, sashimi e tempura per avere un confronto con altri, ho pagato il doppio, ma non sono stato doppiamente "Felice". Probabilmente è adatto per una coppia e per fare bella figura con la fidanzata quando si tira fuori il portafogli. Lo sconsiglio per una famiglia.
