Nagoya — Restaurant in Empoli

I went there yesterday with my cousin. We were looking for a nice sushi place to have a good meal and spend the evening, and I can't believe we had one so closeby!

The place is exquisite and has a good ambient. The chairs and sofa were stunning and very comfortable. The staff is so nice and attentive, you can tell they're hardworking. To order, you can either choose from the PDF menu you can get from the table QR, or you can ask them to activate the tablets to select your dishes and keep track of your order.

They have an amazing variety in the menu, going from noodles and fritters to drinks, to sushi, and even desserts. They also have boxes with different dishes if you're going in groups.

It was actually great to choose the pranzo 2 (lunch) box because it had a lot of good quality food, and in all sincerity, it wasn't as costly as other places I've been to.

We had ura california rolls, salmon gunkan and hossomaki, wakame (algae with soy sauce), and veggie soba noodles. It was all so incredible that we needed to add an ice cream cup and gyoza (meat ravioli) to take away. Everything was absolutely delicious, and even got my cousin, who doesn't like sushi or salmon, wanting to go back, haha.

I'll definitely order from there or go back if I'm ever around Empoli, again....

Disappointed experience!! Me and my husband read the rewievs and decided to go and try. Such a wrong choice. Not exactly cheap but that wasn't the worse. Rice sticky and bad coocked. Salmon not exactly fresh, seemed defrosted or similar, not a very good color and almost without flavor... In plus i leaved some sashimi cause really did not trust in the appareance and the waitress said u have to eat them all can't leave anything... Of course i did not do it but.my husband felt embarrassed and did not wanted to argue... To finish the soia sauce was more like water soia sauce... Overal experience: SUSHI LOVERS...

In questo locale ci sono stato più volte nel corso degli anni, mi sono sempre trovato abbastanza bene, veloci nel servire e pietanze di buona qualità. Stasera non mi è sembrato di essere nello stesso locale, eravamo in sei persone di cui tre che non c'erano mai stati e con i quali mi sono vergognato di averli portati li. Per quanto mi riguarda, da quando mi sono seduto ed ho ordinato, è passata un ora e un quarto per mangiare qualcosa, quattro ravioli con gamberi, da lì in poi è stata un escalation di ritardi e piatti sbagliati che nessuno aveva ordinato, ma il peggio è venuto dopo alla cassa, dove ho constatato che non eravamo gli unici ad avere di che dire sulla serata. La cosa che non dovrebbe mai fare un buon oste, è l'arrampicata sugli specchi quando sai benissimo di aver sbagliato, non puoi dire ad un cliente che nonostante gli errori hai comunque mangiato qualcosa, certo che se si pensa che il cliente che sceglie "all you can eat" sia come una bestia di allevamento che gli puoi buttare giù qualsiasi cosa da mangiare e deve essere anche contento, allora è inutile stare a ragionare. I tre euro di sconto finali sono un presa per i fondelli, per risarcire del disguido ( mi auguro per voi sia un disguido ) ci hanno praticamente tolto un acqua a testa, che ricordo essere acqua del rubinetto, trattata quanto vi pare ma sempre del rubinetto, ma potevano essere anche 10 a testa, non è nemmeno un problema di soldi, il disagio, lo stress e l'arrabbiatura che abbiamo avuto, non ha un valore economico quantificabile, avrei preferito anche spendere di più ma passare una bella serata. A memoria mia, i peggior soldi spesi in un ristorante, saranno gli ultimi...
