We found this place by occasion while traveling to Hercolano, on our way back to the train station ( very convenient access when you go out of the parking). Actually it was a lunch time and we were alone , maybe due to "low season". Nevertheless, we were served promptly by the host and the hostess ( looks like family-run business), who provided us with thorough explanations about the food and the wine ( very good and diverse choice, you may try it before you order). The food was fresh, looked it was just made and not "defrosted and then heated". The prices are average for the area ( at least for the restaurants of such category). We were recommended pumpkin flowers and the meatballs as starters, then Genovese as the main (apparently a classic Neapolitan dish - pasta with onions and veal) - I would describe the pasta as delicious comfort food. I'm not sure it was on the menu honestly, which is all in Italian. We were recommended Santandrea Taurasi wine, which is local. It was all AMAZING! You can't go wrong with Italian...

We found this charming restaurant by pure chance, service was warm and friendly, had THE best buffalo mozzarella starters (we even ordered extra portion as it was so delicious).
