Average food quality but ridiculously expensive, and the service and staff are absolutely terrible and so rude. The atmosphere killed it for me too. We sat by the dining room on the outside of the building which has closed doors nevertheless so it's still basically an indoor dining area technically. And to my disappointment the lady at the table behind me started smoking and all her awful cigarette smell came over me completely spoiling the atmosphere for me right from the get go. When eventually the waiter came over right after I asked if it was possible for people not to smoke in there and he said that they do let people smoke in there as there are airways and he proposed for us to move inside, however the inside part of the restaurant isn't divided at all from the outside dining area we were sitting, there is no door or anything else so the smell still went on the inside as well anyway.

Upon finishing our meal, I walked to the cash desk to pay the bill and got back to our table to get my stuff to get ready to leave. My partner was still sat on his table with his wine glass still in his hand still in the middle of finish drinking it and yet the waiter, EVER SO DISGUSTINGLY RUDELY, pushed himself right in front of me as I was getting my bag on me, taking my glass and plate off the table, all whilst my partner was STILL SAT ON THE TABLE! How bloody disgusting and rude, you should be ashamed of yourselves! What kind of terrible service is that? We left and recommend anyone not to go there at all, please look for other places. This place deserves to go bankrupt in my opinion if that's the way they treat...

Giuseppe was our amazing server and very attentive and friendly.

First time here at the restaurant we had the most delicious food. We had the mozzarella tomato salad appetizer, and the zucchini flower, stuffed with ricotta and pork belly in a miso based squash sauce. The bread was crispy and fresh.

For the entrées we had the suckling pork with pasta and a light cream sauce dusted with olive flour, which was quite amazing. We had never tasted anything like that before, and according to Giuseppe the restaurant has invented this flavor.

The second entree was stuffed ravioli with ricotta chese and the sauce was made of sautéed rabbit with a basil demi glaze and mushrooms.

The dessert was an apricot cake topped with white chocolate. Everything...

We went there on the recommendation of our hotel operator while she was finishing getting our room ready. Super cute little place with really nice people and really good food.

We split the grilled octopus for an appetizer and it was INCREDIBLE. With enough of this cheesy sauce left that you had to soak your bread in it. It was AMAZING. Then the wife had a Monkfish pasta dish, I can’t comment on because fish just isn’t my thing but the wife said it was INCREDIBLE. And I got a pork tenderloin that was cooked so perfectly and was so so good. And the people were so so nice.

Best complement I can give… we are at a place that night that had Michelin stars 5 years or so running. Bistro Italia was...

"The **Bistrot Café** is a hidden gem that exudes warmth and charm from the moment you step inside. The ambiance is relaxed, with cozy seating and a subtle, vintage touch to the décor that makes it feel like a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The coffee is exceptional, with a rich, aromatic blend that pairs beautifully with their freshly baked pastries. Their menu also features a variety of delicious light bites, from quiches to sandwiches, all made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and unhurried, allowing you to truly savor your time here. It’s the perfect spot for a leisurely brunch or a quiet coffee break."

Located halfway up the steep gradient of November IV Street this bistro like cafe is an ideal stop for coffee, cake or a full meal. The menu is typically Neapolitan and varied. Service is prompt and friendly. The chef went out of his way to give us what we wanted that wasn't on the menu. We had several meals here and all were delicious. There is a large selection of chilled desserts available and a mouthwatering display of pastries and cakes. My only reservation (and it was the norm everywhere we dined) was the coffee was lukewarm. There was one very small unisex toilet at the rear of the restaurant. It was spotless.
