⚠️ Tourists, Check Your Bill! ⚠️

The poke bowls were fine, but the experience was ruined by dishonest billing. We were charged 2x1EUR for drinks in addition to the ines we ordered. When questioned, the staff stated it was a service charge. I went back and checked the menu and display thoroughly – no mention of a service charge (coperto) anywhere. Worse still, they tried to hide it by listing it as “beverages” on the bill. Not only is a coperto unusual for such a small place, but it’s illegal unless clearly stated on the menu.

This kind of behaviour feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of tourists. They refunded the charge when confronted, which only confirms they knew it was wrong.

We absolutely do not recommend this place. No matter how decent the food is, being scammed leaves a sour taste. I highly doubt they would pull this trick on...

Siamo entrati ,perché di passaggio;attratti dall’idea di una poke veloce. Il locale si presenta bene, ma l’esperienza si è rivelata tutt’altro che piacevole. Fin dal primo istante ci è stato trasmesso un senso di fretta, come se ordinare fosse una corsa contro il tempo; solo insistenza a decidere in fretta, più volte. Non proprio l’ideale per chi desidera semplicemente mangiare serenamente.. Ho scelto di inserire nella mia poke una sola verdura, su quattro disponibili, perché le altre non incontravano il mio gusto personale. Una scelta legittima, pensavo. Poco dopo, però, ho sentito la signora al banco rivolgersi alla collega con un commento sarcastico su questa mia decisione: “A sto punto poteva proprio eliminarle le verdure!” seguito da una risata condivisa. Un’uscita gratuita, che lascia l’amaro in bocca..Se si sceglie di lavorare a contatto con il pubblico, forse sarebbe utile ricordarsi che il rispetto non è facoltativo. E che la cortesia non si limita al sorriso di facciata.

L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il pesce: fresco..nulla da dire. Ma quando la qualità del servizio viene meno, anche il miglior pesce perde sapore.
