The cannolo is massive and so delicious! The crust is thin, different from what I have eaten in other parts of Sicily, but still good nonetheless. The pistachio pastries are very good, real pistachio. It’s likely to find the queue outside but the service is quick. I’m not giving 5stars only because I took a pastry (puff pastry) with ricotta and I’m 100% sure it was from the day before, the pastry was gummy and the ricotta inside was dry; because all the other food was very good, I could immediately notice that one was not fresh. During our day trip to Favignana, we skipped dessert at lunch in the main square because we’d heard the best cannoli are always filled to order. My husband found Pasticceria FC, and at first we were worried since no cannoli were on display – but that was exactly the point! They fill them fresh, right in the moment.

Good but not great. I discovered this place 12 years ago when I first came to Favignana ( this my fifth visit ) and I can honestly say that the quality is not the same.
