Trattoria Due Colonne — Restaurant in Favignana

I’m so glad that I popped into this restaurant, what a treat. Whilst others were full by reservation they took me in which was appreciated! Normally I go off reviews but since there was none, well…. Totally on point, location on the main square facing the church. Had LIVE music on a Wed night, what? Such an amazing singer and guitarist playing both Italian and English songs. Top quality! Everyone was loving the atmosphere! The service was next level, not what I’m used to Italy. Everyone was hustling and attending the tables properly, now I’m spoiled! Now my food was absolutely delicious. A simple pasta tagliatelle and monkfish, very dreamy! Simple but perfect in every way! Wine was totally on point as well, simple and refreshing! Finished off with a cappuccino and yes yes yes…. Perfect finale to my Favignana getaway! I do hope to be back one day! Thank you,...

I came in this restaurant on my first night in Favignana for 2. I took swordfish and my boyfriend ravioli with sea urchins. The menu on the restaurant did not mentioned it could be frozen only to find out that the swordfish has been frozen but they did to put it on the menu…. It was tasteless.. half way through my boyfriends pasta he found a piece of plastic in it… when I mentioned it to the waiter she became defensive and only took €9 off the already salty bill. The pasta Costed €25…. The staff is rude, they don’t care about customers and walk like robots around without even looking at you in the face ../ what a low level Of customer service it was!please don’t go there if you don’t want your night ruined! The waiters are arrogant and rude! The menu is clearly false as it is selling frozen...

Sono stato ieri con la mia famiglia, appena arrivati siamo rimasti stupiti ed estrefatti dalla quantità di camerieri che correvano da una parte all'altra. Ci ha stupito un cameriere in particolare che alla vista di una persona esterna Sembra professionale e simpatico. Ci siamo accomodati a tavola e ci siamo sentiti a casa dal cameriere predescritto, ci ha guardato e ha esclamato "buonascelta" Consegnandoci i menù in maniera accurata. Abbiamo fatto la scelta e abbiamo ordinato, il problema di questo riatorante è come trattano codesto cameriere. Avevano sempre da ridire contro di lui e gli davano la colpa anche quando lui non c'entrava niente, ad un certo punto e caduta una bottiglia di vino lui e andato a pulire e dopo aver pulito al millimetro lo hanno tenuto nelle loro grinfie per 5 minuti. Ci arriva il cibo e mangiamo, tutto buono. Il mio amico (il cameriere) con i suoi occhi incantevoli i suoi capelli ricci e definiti, prova a nascondere la paura che prova quando lavora con il sorriso. Nella mia opinione un cameriere gentile e simpatico come lui deve essere apprezzato e non deve essere trattato così male. Fino alla fine forza cameriere ti stimo e vogliamo liberarti da questà schiavitù, ale ale ale cameriere ale ale ale ale cameriere Cameriera magra e capelli unti sei la peggiore, buuuu👎👎👎 Ah dimenticavo mio fratello non aveva fame e ha mangiato solo un antipasto e e una delle cameriere lo ha guardato male tanto che ci è stata una sgommata nelle sue mutande perla paura.
