We had Busiate (alla norma and pesto trapanese) as well as polpette di tonno (kind of tuna meatballs) and fruit salad. The fishballs were absolutely amazing in flavour and texture, perfectly balanced with the savoury tomato sauce. Raisins and pine nuts gave this dish a unique note. Good fruit salad. However, the busiate were far from that. They were undercooked (white spots visible when cutting the pasta) and lacked sauce. The sauces were somewhat bland. We spoke to the chef and he explained that they make the fresh pasta for most of the restaurants in the town / island so it’s great quality
Highly recommend for a quick but delicious snack / meal - we came back again the next day for another bowl of quick pasta to share
