My friend and I walked in late after a long day of traveling. We weren’t sure if they were still open, but we were greeted by the chef, Alessandro, which we later found out was the owner, and he gladly served us. We started off with a bottle of white wine that he recommended and was perfect to fit our different taste buds. My friend likes sweet wines and I prefer dry, so it was a good balance. We ordered the shrimp linguini, but before that arrived, Alessandro brought out bread with olive oil. There were 2: 1 classic and 1 HOMEMADE Limone Olive Oil which was literally the BEST olive oil I’ve ever had… so much so I asked if I could buy it off him haha. He only has 1 on hand at a time and it takes 2 days to infuse the natural lemon. I told him he needs to sell it!! Just be sure to ask for it to pair with the bread. Next he brought out a lovely tuna appetizer. It was similar to an arancini, but with tuna on the inside. Very tasty. Then the pasta dishes can out, and WOW. Absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing because it wasn’t a typical pasta dish that is either too heaby on the cream or red sauce. It was an olive oil base, but with red peppers to season, so it gave hints of a red sauce base but with flavor profiles of an aglio e olio sauce. This also paired nicely with the white wine. Lastly, we tried the 2 dessert wines, I got red and my friend got white, which we both respectively loved. Those were paired with 2 chef’s desserts: I believe they were vanilla cream tarte and a coconut tart, equally delicious. I should also mention that despite it being late and after closing time Alessandro didn’t rush us at all. Once we were finished he showed us the upstairs where they have disco on the weekends. I could tell he’s very proud of his restaurant and puts in a lot of love in to his art! We had an amazing experience and would 10/10 definitely recommend.

The BEST meal I've had in Italy. I've been to a lot of great restaurants over the last 20 days. Some of them even have Michelin star chefs. And yet, when it comes to fresh, incredible flavor from a chef that really loves what he does? This was my FAVORITE restaurant. As long as you like seafood or desserts, this is a "must-try" in my book. ===What I liked about the food=== I've had a lot of tiramisu in Italy. This was my favorite one between the presentation and the balance between sweetness and the coffee flavor. It leans a bit sweeter with bursts of coffee flavor which I loved. The seafood also tastes so wonderfully fresh and the spices are done just right. I recommend the Tuna in a pistachio crust and the chef's dish of the day. On top of that, the presentation is beautiful, so if you're on Social Media, stop by and bring a good camera. ===What I liked overall=== The atmosphere is wonderful and the chef is extremely friendly. Even if you don't speak Italian (like me) he will do his best to help you. Worst case, try Google Translate. That's what I did, and everything came out perfect. ===Price=== Prices are extremely fair, especially for food of this quality (14-16 euros for most menu items at the time of writing). ==Late hours are a godsend=== Plus, this restaurant is open late which is a godsend if you're like me and out late looking for somewhere to eat. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and eat here. Your taste buds will thank you.

If you’re ever staying in Fiumicino, Italy near the Rome airport you must eat here. We ate here a year ago while staying nearby for our flight home. I remembered how good it was so we returned tonight for our last meal in Italy for this trip. It was even better and the best meals of both trips. Simply prepared but amazingly delicious fresh seafood. Tonight we started with sautéed clams, followed by seafood risotto (clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, prawns), then prawn scampi with mushrooms and octopus with potatoes. We opted for another dish of fried calamari and then finished with chocolate mousse. All dishes cooked to perfection.

Me and my family have visited Oleg's restaurant a few days ago, it was my wife's birthday, and he made the dining experience very much to the occasion. The wine selection and pairing advice was excellent, the fish and sea products are as fresh as they can get. The service was incredible, as the food was arriving not fast, nor slow, as if the chef perfectly knew when the next course should be there. The oysters are a must. As a chef myself, I would suggest to just give in to the chef's service, since the a la carté option is always available, but only he shall know what is fresh from the morning, and he will make sure that you only get the best on your plate, and on your palate. P.S. the thing which I considered the most beautiful thing a restaurant can do: the main course, a whole fish, was presented to us firstly, not just raw, but not cleaned, by which I specifically mean intact, which is a great way to appreciate what the nature has given to you, and obviously the fish was cooked to an absolute perfection. Thank you Dl. Oleg for our great experience, and we will be back again, no...
