Service like any other place in Europe could take lots of improvement. A table with only two main dishes were brought at different times, one waaaaay after the other. Noboday checked if were ok at any given time, but it is the way table service works here. The food is just ok as wel Some major fouls for someone who knows: You don't make Lomo Saltado with soy sauce, it may look like it has some ... but it does not include any. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian food, in the heart of Florence, this is your place. Bistec, Octopus (pulpo), and pappitas (stuffed potatoes with meat) are all 5 star! The food is fabulous, the service is excellent, and if you're ever stuck in Florence on a holiday, they're going to be open. We stayed in Florence at the AC Mariot and this was in walking distance, we didn’t know it was Peruvian food and in glad we didn’t. Very good food! The chicken, Ceviche, tamales, and beef noodles were all amazing. The service was fabulous even though we didn’t speak the language they tried very hard to help us.
