Ravvin la fabbrica dei ravioli e vino — Restaurant in Florence

What a wonderful place. Glorious flavor combinations. We had the steak skewer, enjoying with the soy and hot oil on the table. Followed by the ravioli filled with pork and spring onion and pork and vegetables. Both were tender and the mouthfeel of the grind was perfect and the thickness of the wrappers were perfection. To add the €1 glass of wine, as of 2-May-2025 is a great addition to the menu offerings. We arrived a bit before eight and by 30 past the hour on Friday night the line was out the door. As it should be for an establishment that has such a delicious food offering with a clean and welcoming environment. Staff seems to enjoy their work and are pleased to help with a selection! We wished we lived in Florence so we could come daily or at least a few times a week, perhaps someday another location could open in the U.S, Denver,...

I was on vacation in Firenze with my wife and we decided to go to this small restaurant, because of the proximity to the hotel and the very good reviews - and we were not disappointed. In fact we really enjoyed the welcoming staff, although there were many (young, local) guests. We got samples of all the meat sticks and ravioli, so we could decide which ones to order again. Our favorites were the yellow curcuma ravioli and the lamb meat sticks. The wine is decent, but nothing special. The prices are absolutely fair. In the end the boss showed us some pictures of the lambs used for the meat sticks and the facility where they manufacture the ravioli. I can definitely recommend a visit in this location - but don‘t expect to get a seat without waiting if you come...

Premetto che questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo cenato lì, visto la prima non andò proprio bene ma fù un venerdì sera e magari nel macello di ordinazioni,diciamo un pò di menate possono succedere e non abbiamo voluto recensire,anzi, abbiamo deciso di ritornarci infrasettimanalmente...ordianiamo gli arrosticini di seitan per la mia compagna, che possiamo giurare sapevano di grasso animale...furbamente vado a fumare una sigaretta lasciando compagna e amici dentro, per poter osservare per bene da fuori (la cucina è a vista e da fuori si può vedere meglio) come preparavano il cibo....ho notato che la macchina degli arrosticini li faceva cadere l'un l'altro ed il ragazzo provava a parare spostandoli e riassestandoli ogni 5secondi,ecco perchè il seitan era unto e sapeva di carne,in più ho notato lo staff e la ragazza cinese molto nervosi fra loro e non mi pareva ci fosse così tanta gente da stare così tesi..ma vabè è il meno questo...gli arrosticini di seitan alla fine li ho mangiati io e la mia compagna ripiega su i ravioli di tofu e funghi che non sapevano di nulla se no delle salse messe a disposizione, il vino lo abbiamo lasciato tutti e abbiamo preso birra e coca in bottiglia perchè dal rosso al prosecco,nessuno aveva un sapore,la prima volta che andammo il ragazzo ogni tre secondi tornava a parlarci della qualità mostrandoci foto dei prodotti appena arrivati,dico, da una parte è stato anche interessante sapere le lavorazioni,ma noi eravamo fortemente a disagio perchè solo io nel gruppo sono onnivoro, tutti gli altri sono vegetariani e vegani quindi vi lascio immaginare la loro cena fra ravioli,arrosticini e vino pessimi con l'aggiunta di foto di bestie a metà e pronte per la lavorazione.....pessima esperienza e mi spiace ma non posso consigliarlo. Ah dimenticavo...i ravioli di ciccia non erano così fantastici ma nella norma, l'unica cosa buona sono stati gli arrosticini di manzo che ho potuto apprezzare solo io,di certo,per quanto abbiano pietanze veg non sono il massimo..probabilmente la loro fortuna sono i prezzi e le discoteche vicino,un posto economico dove i ragazzi possono mangiare e bere a poco per prepararsi...
