Pizza Man — Restaurant in Florence

Horrible experience. Pizza delivered one hour late, only after calling there to figure out what was happening. When the pizza arrived, it was very clearly reheated, and barely edible. I wasn’t too upset, at this point. After all we all have bad days. This is what the lady on the phone intimated when I first called to inquire about my pizza. She explained that they had a car issue. But the second time I called, the same lady changed her story, blaming everything on Glovo, the app through which I paid the pizza. (Glovo does not deliver pizzaman pizzas!) She then claimed that pizzaman never reheats its pizzas.. instead of offering a new pizza, or a discount for the next one, as any good and honest merchant would do, she preferred to lie and deflect the blame on other people… I cannot imagine ordering anything else in the future from Pizzaman, since if they are so prompt to lie, how can I trust them to feed me or...

I took pizza from edmundo de amicis branch ,firenze , base of pizza is very good ,rest of the things on pizza are horrible (panuzzo) , I asked management calzone they said we have similar called panuzzo , I taught may be similar it's more sanwhich than pizza with tons of scamorza affimucata ,pizza with burrata ndjua they put only 4 drops less than 30 grams of burrata ,25-35 grams of ndjua, and third one 4 formaggi acceptable...

The pizza experience here is sublime. Every single ingredient is calculated wisely ro obtain the best mix and result of flavor. It's easy to digest, so you can enjoy the best pizza also at lunch. The staff is always friendly, they never miss a smile.

Pity that I can no longer pay using paper tickets restaurant that are no longer accepted....
