Trattoria — Restaurant in Follonica

Sorry, but that was really disappointing. For the prices they charge, the portions are far too small, there was no guidance or service, and they even forgot the bread. On top of that, the staff barely spoke English, which led to us receiving the wrong dish.

1 stella regalata perchè i camerieri erano gentili e l’arredamento accogliente... fine delle cose positive, passiamo a quelle negative: per antipasto ho preso la tartare e alla modica cifra di 13€ non mi aspetto il top ma nemmeno della carne macinata molto scura (io sono fiorentino e la tartare se è scrura non è un buon segno), passiamo al primo, i tagliolini pesto pomodoro e burrata erano freddi (come se fossero stati tenuti li da un’ora aspettando di essere serviti) e insapore (14€), passando al meglio del meglio per secondo ho preso un filetto di manzo alla griglia e devo dire che era si cotto al sangue ma forse fin troppo sangue, capisco che vada cotto poco, ripeto sono fiorentino e la bistecca al sangue la mangio tutte le settimane, ma dentro la carne deve essere calda non fredda! Altrimenti significa che si il fuori è cotto ma il dentro è letteralmente crudo di frigo (che ovviamente non deve) (20€ per sto filetto). Quindi in conclusione non consiglio assolutamente il posto, capisco la fatica di dover prendere la macchina per mangiare al ristorante ma rimpiango di non aver mangiato...

Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut nicht! Das Servicepersonal ist sehr unmotiviert, manchmal muss man sich regelrecht vor sie hinstellen, damit sie bemerken, dass man was bestellen will. Qualität des Essens ist mittel bis schlecht. Die Pizzen sind ganz ok. Die Preise sind dafür aber so richtig gesalzen! Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist nicht grad umwerfend, dafür dass sich Leute hier während mindestens einer Woche verpflegen sollen. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und es hat sich in der Zeit absolut nichts geändert auf der Karte. Wer kann, geht besser mit dem Auto oder Rad nach Follonica. Dort gibt es reichlich richtig gute Restaurationsbetriebe mit nettem Service, leckerem Essen und Preisen die dem Preisniveau der Region entsprechen. Oder man fährt in nem Supermarkt in der Umgebung (nicht der aufm Areal, der ist auch absolut überteuert!) einkaufen und kocht selber. Die Qualität dieser Küche kriegt jeder selber mindestens so gut...
