We stumbled upon this place when we came to try out the natural hot waters of Baia Sorgeto. We had the octopus bruschetta which was so amazing that we came back another day just to have it again! The baths are nice. But the area is very run down. The fence is rusted. The bamboo protection is old and takes away from the natural beauty. Signs are needed for more information and clarity. The pier is only temporary- not strong. Also the coast guard kept circling their large boat and driving through the swimming area so that it was unsafe to use. Das Restaurant bei Baia di Sorgeto und die heißen Quellen vor dem Restaurant waren für mich ein echtes Highlight auf der Insel. Das Wasser ist stellenweise so warm, dass man stundenlang darin sitzen und die Wärme genießen kann. Besonders wenn das Meer ruhig ist, entfaltet die Bucht ihren ganz eigenen Charme – perfekt zum Schwimmen, Tauchen oder einfach zum Verweilen.

Für den Tag lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall, eine Liege und einen Sonnenschirm zu nehmen – so lässt sich der Ort noch entspannter erleben und man kann zwischendurch im Schatten ausruhen.

Auch das Restaurant selber ist super. Die Stimmung ist angenehm locker, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist für ein Strandrestaurant ausgesprochen gut – frisch zubereitet, lecker und mit direktem Blick aufs Meer.
