2 years later edit: Well, the food is as good as I remember it. Bruschetta with that REAL olive oil and those delicious cherry tomatoes. The Panini and spaghetti are as good as I remember them. The reason I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere is that it's loud from the customers, but then comes the owner and adds up to it, being even louder. For the service, I'd give 5, even 6 stars to the twins (the owner's sons), because they are so patient and helpful and just have such an overall positive vibe. But, for the owner, I just can't - it's just so obvious that he is tired, he gets angry a lot, sometimes even screams. The owner puts on a fake smile and the second he leaves the table he grunts like he wants to strangle you - he forces the younger waiters to keep asking you to get a dessert or drinks, to ramp up the bill - he tries so hard that it's just annoying (he should just retire and leave it to the twins). Don't get me wrong, during this stay, we dined there 3 times and also got 2 Panini's as take-away, I just think that the owner should gracefully retire, especially since I've seen him make younger couples feel highly uncomfortable, with his blunt and kinda...

We had a really disappointing experience here. When we first arrived, we stood waiting at the door for around 10 minutes while 3–4 staff members walked past without greeting us or acknowledging us. Once we were finally seated, it took another 15–20 minutes before anyone came to take our order.

When the food eventually arrived, part of it was wrong – I ordered a dish that was supposed to include two burgers, but only one came, and a margarita pizza we had ordered never arrived at all. The food itself was okay, but nothing special, and definitely not worth the wait.

The service was consistently poor and very slow. Our waiter came across as passive-aggressive, and we weren’t the only ones frustrated – nearby tables were also left waiting, with one group sitting for about 15 minutes just to receive menus.

Overall, the ambiance wasn’t great, and the lack of basic service made it a disappointing meal. Wouldn’t recommend unless serious...

Probably the most disappointing dinner during our week long stay in Italy. The food was ok but nothing more (would not recommend the seafood pasta), with a few surprises (the waitor said that the chicken came with fries but turned out he charged 5 EUR extra per portion for it). The main problem was the waitor/host that was extremely rude and made us not feel welcome at all. There are much better options around and would stay away...
