Fantastico!!! Dieses Restaurant ist zwar etwas abgelegen und wir kamen nur darauf weil es sehr in der Nähe unseres Hotels liegt.Es lohnt sich aber definitiv auch von weiter weg anzureisen. Es ist von außen sehr schlicht und kaum als Restaurant erkennbar. Aber traut Euch, hineinzugehen… Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach bombastisch, bei Sonnenuntergang an Schönheit wohl kaum zu toppen, Und Meerblick inklusive. Die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich gewesen, obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen und sie kein Englisch kamen wir sehr gut zurecht. Wir hatten Antipasti, Bruscetta und zweimal Pasta. Einmal Sugo mit Salsoccia und einmal Sugo con Pomodoro. Die Antipasti ganz frisch und wirklich sehr besonders, das Bruscetta kross geröstet und mit sehr aromatischen Tomaten getoppt. Der Frische Basilikum dazu war einmalig. Von der Menge hätten uns diese Vorspeisen eigentlich schon gereicht . Der Rest war nur noch Appetit:-) Die Pasta ..wirklich perfekt… ich habe nie eine so gute pure Tomstensosse gegessen, einfach köstlich. Die Pasta mit Salsicchia, war sehr lecker würzig, absolutes Soulfood. Die Preise… wirklich mehr als fair . Also ich würde für dieses tolle Restaurant auch 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte.!!! Dici Ischia e, a tavola, dici Coniglio. Un piatto che ha millenni dietro le sue spalle. Qualcuno ha calcolato che la ricetta, anzi le ricette visto che ogni cittadina è gelosa delle proprie tradizioni gastronomiche, risalirebbe al 4-500 a.C. E certo con tanta storia qui la cottura del coniglio oramai è largamente sperimentata e perfezionata in tutta l''Isola. Se ci si vuole immergere nella più sicura e eccellente tradizione allora bisogna arrampicarsi fino a questo simpatico ristorante, con vista privilegiata sulla costa sudoccidentale dell'isola, che non bada ad arzicocoli immaginifici sia per quanto riguarda l'arredo sia per quanto riguarda la cucina, ma punta al cuore del sapore. Il coniglio, qui al pomodoro, è semplicemente stupefacente, leggero e pieno di sapori di campagna. Le verdure vengono dall'orto e, in mancanza, da fornitori fidati a chilometro zero. Conserve, sott'olio, sottacenti sono tutti rigorosamente preparati dalla titolare e hanno il sapore della cucina della nonna.
