This place is the worst. These servers don’t know what they are doing. Inattentive and don’t foresee guests needs at all. Save your money and go to better places in Frascati. There are tons.

Update since management wanted more information with their reply. The server was rude - I’m sorry I don’t speak Italian but that’s not a reason to roll your eyes and joke with the bartender about the language barrier when I’m sitting right next to the bar. Waited for almost 30 minutes to order. The server, she sat me in a corner away from everyone and never returned. When I asked for a menu, she slammed the QR code in my face like I should have known it was there on the table when it was hidden. Had to flag a server down, and he was nice but took my order and never returned. Never offered a refill for wine. Nothing. It was like I was a ghost. But he was right next to the bar and didn’t even bother to look my way. Dirty plates and empty glass just sat there and I got so fed up I just paid and left. I don’t spend my money where there’s no care - didn’t care to speak to management just wanted to leave and go somewhere else to have a desert (which I planned to have there). Again. People. Find...

Disappointed... much better the Fondi Grottaferrata..in terms of service and warmth from people who worked in Fondi. Can you make your people be more nice, helpful and not selective on who they want to help bring the order in the pergola. And make it known if I need to order inside, I must carry the tray myself outside the pergola while my hands are full. Or those who wants to stay in the pergola must order from there and the assign waitress will cater to their order, because I don't know how it works, I often buy only take away. I think most of your people just work for the money but not to serve people. The Fondi in Grottaferrata has better ambiance and good vibes you can get from the people who serve in that restaurant.. they treat you with the same respect they give to Italians... Help them learn how to give a better Customer...

It’s not often that we come across a little jewel, but here we are. Fondi Frascati has only been open a few weeks and has already established itself as bar restaurant of the highest quality. We have had cocktails and have dined here every week since they opened. The food is to die for, pizza, tagliata di manzo, primi pasta, tagliere etc etc. But the highlight is the bar… Leonardo is as passionate a barman as you will ever meet. His skill, knowledge and ability to execute are second to none… and we have been all over the world. Ask him for a cosmopolitan, negroni or a simple gin tonic, and you will not have had better elsewhere! Establishments like this are a credit to the owners and those they employ!
