The place is a hidden gem in Frascati. We had a company dinner there for Christmas and they could accommodate vegeterian and vegan options, as the chef is very capable and creative. They serve roman food. The atmosphere is very cosy with a sequence of rooms that goes to the depths of the tavern and the stonewalls give a nice atmosphere. One can stay there also for the drinks as their bar is very up to date. The only minus is that there is no good cellphone reception inside, but nothing you cannot solve by using the wifi or going until the entrance....

Highly recommended! It has a unique atmosphere and is very cosy. But the best is their food! Great quality, homemade and carefully assembled!! It's great for group events as they have enough space, or for one-to-one gatherings. The service and staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. Non mi piace mettere le stelle perché sminuiscono il grande lavoro che stanno facendo i proprietari per far virare questo storico pub ( credo aperto 25 anni or sono ) di Frascati ( problematica come sempre per i parcheggi) in un ristorante e che ristorante.Siamo andati per una cenetta burger in famiglia e invece oltre a quelli ci hanno consigliato degli ottimi involtini di melanzane con sopra una bella nevicata di scaglie di un ottimo pecorino .Alla mia dolce metà vegetarian han consigliato degli ottimi hand made GYOZA ripieni di verdura e con un ottimo accostamento di salsa che l' hanno resa molto felice .Mentre noi 3 ci divoravamo i burger ,sempre ottimi, è arrivato un gradito assaggio fettuccine al ragù bianco fatte da Gianluca veramente buone e legate bene .La Ipa sempre gradevole spinata alla perfezione da Luca che si destreggia egregiamente nell' accudire e intrattenere i clienti mentre Gabriella orchestrando la sala si occupa anche delle chicche come le luci le tende e gli interni .Insomma che dire andateci punto assaporate le nuove sperimentazioni casearie e "salumiere" di Gianluca godetevi due coccole pensate al bello e non fate la guerra !
