They have the four Roman Pasta dishes Gricia, Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e pepe. They come for the entire table and you get your own bowl family style. Wine comes as medium and large in red and white. There is no salt, cheese or pepper on the table, it had been added to your food in the correct amount for you.

They also have grilled meat skewers and one antipasti plate with everything on it. If you order bruschetta you'll get bread with olive oil.
