La Tana Di Cagliostro — Restaurant in Gaeta

They don't have any menu and what they have ingredients they make the meals. And they have only set menu. But they didn't any explain about what they will serve and the price. Just the service guy said "today is only fish. Is it ok?". And then after that they served appetizer which taste supermarket's deli. It might have already made everything and warm up with microwave before serve. Even if it was Not enough warm.... Of course I didn't have any choice what I want to eat pasta...Because they don't have any menu... I've never had experienced in Italy restaurant ....I really disappointed them... I just wanted eat...

Had a friends dinner here. 25 euros fixed menu, no possible to have a la carte option. Honestly I didn't like too much meal. (Of course, consider a whole dinner: starter, pasta course, fish, side dish spending total 25 euros! When a fresh fish only ordered at restaurants usually cost same price!!) Service was nice. Avevo ottime aspettative per questo ristorante e devo dire che, in un posto come Gaeta, dove mangiare bene potrebbe essere facile per la vastità di ristoranti, trattorie, osterie e chi più ne ha più ne metta, concedersi il lusso di servire piatti con così poca qualità è veramente coraggioso. La delusione maggiore è stata la votapiatto, famosissima peraltro, il che dovrebbe renderla una sicurezza. Una frittata (unta di olio) piena zeppa di pane! Si, di pane e qualche lontanissimo totano… bella solo a vedere (come noterete in foto) di cui sarete capaci di mangiare solo 3 bocconi prima di disgustarvi. E se nemmeno la tiella, altra pietanza conosciutissima, vi lascerà un buon sapore in bocca e il conto salato supererà di gran lunga la qualità di quello che è stato il cibo, allora capirete bene che forse un bel pezzo di pizza a metro sarebbe stata una scelta migliore.
