I’m afraid to say that there was just no soul. I really hate to hate when I review. But ….. We waited a long time for our drinks and a long time for the food . The pasta was genuinely undercooked and the Calamari was overcooked and oily. The oily bird did not catch the worm.

It could have been just the chefs having a bad day at the office but obviously from an expensive place with an amazing view you would expect zazzy service and incredible food. We were a large group, but 89% of us had a bad experience either with food or service. Sub par cocktails also but the view on the terrace outside is very pleasant on...

Its good food but the service is very weak and there is no air conditioning.. not even a fan nothing... they brought 3 times the wrong food and bring the same plates again after i had to send it back because they brought the secondi befor the starter... so the meat was very dry and not freshly made.. also very expensive for what it is. Unica nota positivo era il cibo. Ci hanno messo 15 minuti per consegnarci i menù (nemmeno a tutti, cosa che da un hotel 5 stelleL ti aspetti). Hanno portato a tre amici la pasta, a noi altri tre è arrivata quando loro avevano già finito. Una cosa indecente. Non sapevano nemmeno che piatto avevano portato ad un amico, non sapevano che pesce era e che tanto meno non l’aveva ordinato. Chiedevi il vino e arrivava dopo mezz’ora. Quando si era sciolto il ghiaccio per tenerlo in fresco, l’abbiamo chiesto nuovamente e ci hanno portato lo stesso identico secchiello con acqua senza ghiaccio (il ghiaccio c’era perché poi l’abbiamo chiesto alla direttrice e c’è l’ha portato). Veramente imbarazzanti. Alla fine di tutto, quando dovevamo pagare il conto, il cameriere ci ha praticamente chiesto “esplicitamente” la mancia, dicendoci: “ma vi devo pure portare il resto??” Con quale pudore? Non provano vergogna? Io sarei imbarazzatissimo fossi in loro. Non hanno fatto niente per rimediare.
