In Vino Veritas — Restaurant in Genoa

We stumbled across this place late on a Thursday evening. Lovely vaulted ceilings and cosy, rustic ambience. Surprised to have the place to ourselves as other pretty terrible-looking restaurants were full. What a fantastic find. Waitress was lovely. Risottos cooked to perfection - my partner had sausage and squash with lashings of butter and cheese. I had the fisherman's risotto which had 3 huge prawns and a langoustine with lots of fish and cherry tomatoes with a generous dressing of quality Ligurian olive oil. Absolutely delicious. Seek it out if you can but don't tell too many people as this is a hidden gem :-) We will definitely be back - one of the best risottos I've ever eaten and recommended wine to pair with it was perfect at €5 a glass. Risotteria in zona Porto Antico, alcuni amici decidono di prenotare lì per una cena. Mentre stavamo ordinando, la cameriera ci segnala che servono al massimo 4 risotti diversi allo stesso tavolo, perché altrimenti i commensali non mangiano contemporaneamente. Penso che le limitazioni andrebbero segnalate in maniera più che evidente sul menù e comunque spiegate all'arrivo dei clienti. Mi pare assurdo che una risotteria non sia attrezzata per preparare più tipi di risotto allo stesso tavolo, anche perché vengono proposti circa 10 tipi di risotto, non centinaia... Alla fine non ho ordinato il piatto che avrei desiderato e non mi ha convinto granché il gusto (risotto tomino e crudo). Porzione abbondante, ma prezzo a mio parere eccessivo, gran parte dei primi costa 14€. Non ho provato altri piatti, per cui non mi pronuncio. Non...
