If you find yourself in Nervi—even just passing through—do not miss this bakery. It’s not just a local gem, it’s a true institution. Every single item is top quality, made fresh daily, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The star of the show for me and my family, though, is the focaccia—plain, cheese-filled, pizza-style, every variety is incredible.

Whenever family visits me, our first stop is always this bakery. It’s a tradition at this point. We grab warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven focaccia and take it down to the sea. My personal favorite is the plain: perfectly golden, crisp on the outside, soft and airy inside, with just the right amount of salt and oil. It’s pure perfection. My father adores the focaccia di formaggio—melted cheese between thin layers of dough, incredible both hot and cold. And my brother loves the pizza-style version just as much as the classic.

Even when there’s a line out the door (and there often is), it moves quickly and it’s always worth the wait. Sergio, who is often behind the counter, is the friendliest, most welcoming face. He always greets us with a smile and a kind word—truly the kind of warmth that makes a place unforgettable.

The baked goods are all phenomenal, but this is the best focaccia in Nervi—hands down. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. You’ll be dreaming about it long after you leave.

Per carità…mai più!!! Mi è capitata la PESSIMA ESPERIENZA di provare la loro tremenda focaccia e i loro PESSIMI DOLCI!!! La focaccia era VERAMENTE SECCA, sicuramente DEL GIORNO PRIMA, addirittura STANTIA! Il gusto neanche LONTANAMENTE passabile, anzi era tutto TRANNE CHE BUONA! I dolci poi NON NE PARLIAMO! Stendiamo un velo pietoso sui dolci, per chi volesse assaggiare una OTTIMA SACHER, CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE LA PASTICCERIA LENZINO, POCHI METRI PIÙ AVANTI! Qui invece la Sacher fa veramente pietà, orribile e a dire poco imbarazzante! Beh che dire, LASCIAMO FARE LA FOCACCIA AI LIGURI, vincitori di premi per la MIGLIORE FOCACCIA DA GENERAZIONI E GENERAZIONI! Come ad esempio qui a Nervi ABBIAMO IL PANIFICIO PAOLIN, pluripremiato da secoli, fa la VERA FOCACCIA LIGURE dal 1953! Chi Meglio di loro possono parlare di focaccia Ligure??? E poi ancora, abbiamo il Panificio Le Palme di Andrea Lupis, vincitore della medaglia d’oro di panificazione nel 2022! Loro sicuramente FANNO LA VERA FOCACCIA LIGURE, quella tramandata da PADRE A FIGLIO DA CENTINAIA E CENTINAIA DI ANNI! Vi consiglio assolutamente di andare da loro se volete gustare ottime prelibatezze Liguri, tra l’altro sono pure gentili e carini! Qui da SVETLANA invece la cortesia e la gentilezza NON è di casa e lascia il posto alla ARROGANZA E ALLA MALEDUCAZIONE, come sono stata trattata io e molte altre persone che hanno commentato proprio qui, lamentandosi come me!
