After nearly 50 minutes of waiting, what I got were two sad, plain-looking meat patties (fried, not grilled), drenched in oily pesto, with a random mozzarella ball on the side. No bun. No burger. Nothing.
When I asked the server why it wasn’t in a bun, he showed us a completely different menu and said we had ordered from the “unique dishes.” and this is "a plain burger" as he framed it. We’d never even seen that there is another menu which is specifically for burgers and in the menu we were given is not clear that you are not actually ordering a burger (it literally says there double burger). We tried to explain, but he didn’t get it — major language issues. He only seemed to understand toward the end, but by then the damage was done.
Very low-quality meat and mozzarella, confused service, and a dish that honestly looked like a joke. This was hands down the saddest food I’ve ever been served.
We came here thinking we’d get a good burger since that’s what the place is known for. I ordered a double burger expecting, well, an actual burger — with a bun, sauces, pesto, mozzarella, the works.

We came for the first time. Your waiter didn’t understand us when we complained, and no one explained that there were different menus. We were handed one menu and ordered from it — simple as that. If food is going to take nearly an hour, it’s common sense to warn customers. You didn’t. The place wasn’t even full, so what’s the excuse?
Also, your own menu clearly states that many items are frozen. There’s no need to get defensive about it — just own it. We’re not making anything up.
You’re in the hospitality business, and instead of owning the mistake and acknowledging a poor experience, you’re arguing and deflecting. That says everything.
