The food is good but the service is terrible. I’ve been there several times, and the first time I waited 15 minutes to be served while the restaurant was empty. The waitress passed by me at least 10 times before finally taking my order. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get the bill. The waitresses behave as if I’m forcing them to work there and are visibly frustrated. The last time I waited over an hour for two pizzas and refused to pay the “servizio” because there was no service at all. When the staff is rude, they don’t deserve a service charge. You can’t charge for servizio when you don’t provide it. It’s obvious that no one in this restaurant is trained for this job. The waiters don’t even know who ordered what, so they bring things to the wrong tables. Mi sono recata in questo locale con un'amica proprio per provarlo dato le belle recensioni. Abbiamo preso 2 aperitivi rinforzati. Io un Miami ice tea e la mia amica una birra. Arrivano i drink, ma nemmeno l'ombra dei taglieri, arrivati solo dopo un'altra mezz'ora. Nel frattempo la mia amica era già alla seconda birra. Il mio cocktail completamente sbilanciato. Si sentiva troppo il gin e ancor di più il lime. L'ho fatto assaggiare alla mia amica e la sua faccia diceva tutto😂 come se avesse assaggiato una fetta di lime. Ma questo non era il problema principale. Dopo il primo sorso mi sono accorta che il bicchiere era letteralmente sudicio... soprattutto se ci mettete succhi, poi va lavato bene l'interno con una spugnetta: per quel tipo di bicchiere non basta buttarlo semplicemente in lavastoviglie! Da lì guardandolo meglio mi sono accorta che c'era un problema ancora peggiore: il bicchiere era rotto 😱😱😱 Per vostra informazione, se si ingerisce una scheggia di vetro si lascia questo mondo entro 2/3 gg. Vado al banco e gli faccio notare lo stato del bicchiere, chiedendogli di rifarmi il cocktail. In pratica le dosi erano ad occhio. Soprattutto il Blue Curacao, versato direttamente dalla bottiglia, senza utilizzare né il metal pour, né il jigger (probabilmente il banconista sconosceva del tutto le dosi). Ovviamente ne ha versato più di mezza oncia, ma alla fine non ha un sapore forte come il gin, quindi vabbè... Secondo errore: ha shakerato con il ghiaccio. 🤦 Tutti gli ice tea (long Island, japanece...) vanno shakerati SENZA ghiaccio. Terzo errore: ha messo aranciata al posto della limonata 😱😱🤦🤦 No comment, meglio lasciar perdere. Vabbè, prendo sto drink e torno al tavolo. Il secondo aveva un sapore migliore del primo, ovviamente è difficile fare lo stesso cocktail sempre uguale se non si sa come prepararlo. Vive o morte, non ci vedrete più. Uno che viene al vostro locale, soprattutto dopo aver letto tutte le belle recensioni, desidera un drink come si deve, e se al bancone ci sta qualcuno che oltre a non prestare la dovuta attenzione al lavaggio (vorrei vedere lo stato della lavastoviglie) o all' integrità dei bicchieri, non sa nemmeno come preparare i cocktail meglio evitarlo. Vi va bene visto che la maggior parte di quelli che bevono non sanno né cosa bevono né tantomeno come vada preparato, se poi come nel mio caso è totalmente sbilanciato allora chiunque se ne accorgerà. Certamente capisco bene che un bartender che abbia studiato e fatto un corso voglia almeno 7/8€ l'ora, ma con un locale ed una location del genere è un vero peccato prendere poi del personale non all'altezza, soprattutto visto il prezzo dei...

I’ve been there more than 1 times and every time it get worste. Now I’m sure I’ll never going again, after that I lost more than 1 hour waiting for just a board of cheese and salumi. But what was worste is the attitude from the management and the staff that didn’t want to listened our feedback. They served a more than one Table that come after we placed our order and they were a big group of people with a lot of different pizzas. They also served others table were setting near us and when I asked for our course that simply said that we need to wait our turn.
