Horrible experience regretfully. In spite of the beautiful location and nice set of design, we had the worst guest service in a long time. One of the waitress staff was very rude, emberassing us and our kids in front of other guests, showing no manners.

We were looking forward to have a nice lunch with our kids, in this beautful restaurant. We have been offered two options to sit at by one of the staff, and after a little hesitation, we have sat down. Than in a minue or so, another young lady waitress came up to us and warned (not asked) to take the other table, with giving signs that stand up right now. Basically made us to stand up with arrogance. It was daytine, with many tables available and we had been offered this table before to sit, so we did not understand, ask her that we can stay, which she refused. As we have been not assisted by a manager and the discussion was escalated with a little overeacted drama, we have left frustrated. It is a shame that we could not enjoy or rate a nice meal, I am sure the kitchen staff is awesome. As the location is beautiful and the design is marvellous, waitress staff can easily get away with such manners and...

Prima di tutto una raccomandazione: diffidate delle recensioni negative! Questo locale merita una visita e tutte le stelline a disposizione, anche di più. Purtroppo ne ho lette di negative che facevano riferimento all'attesa e molte pubblicate nelle settimane a cavallo di ferragosto dove, obbiettivamente, è normale dover attendere più del solito, viste le migrazioni di intere famiglie in vacanza. Ma poi in vacanza non sarebbe meglio abbandonare la fretta, e godersi la magica atmosfera di questa splendida cittadina? Comunque queste sono mie considerazioni personali. Passiamo quindi ai piatti. Menù più che completo sia di pesce che di carne. Menù esposto sulla lavagna all'esterno del locale e consegnato al tavolo assieme alla lista dei vini. Abbiamo scelto varie portate ma il piatto che mi ha entusiasmato di più è un classico: gli spaghetti alle vongole! Presentazione e impiattamento ottimi. Vongole abbondanti e .. sorpresa.. pasta fatta in casa! Al primo approccio potrebbe trarre in inganno perché risulta compatta e asciutta (proprio perché non industriale) ma basta mescolarla con le vongole e il sughetto, arrotolare gli spaghetti facendo attenzione a pescare anche vongole e il gioco è fatto!! Un'esplosione di gusto che i vostri amici non mancheranno di notare. Talmente buoni che, complice anche l'ottimo pane, non ho resistito .. via di scarpetta con il risultato che il piatto sembrava appena uscito dalla lavastoviglie. Tutta la nostra tavolata ha apprezzato i piatti scelti. Ultimo aspetto il servizio. Non ricordo i nomi dei due ragazzi e della ragazza che si occupano dell’accoglienza agli ospiti, tutti giovanissimi e molto molto attenti e simpatici. We were not allowed to sit wherever we wanted to, although the restaurant was empty. When another group arrived, they were seated literally on the top of us. And at the end, when I realised they want to charge my card way more then the amount of the final bill - and it wasn't low at all on the first place, plus charging service fee without asking my opinion at all is a bit rude IMHO - the waitress entered the right amount without saying 'sorry for the mistake' and felt offended then dashed off without saying goodbye....
