Our experience at Hotel Castrum in Grado was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was such a relief to find that everyone spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impeccable – spotlessly clean and wonderfully tidy, making for a truly comfortable environment. Our room was a perfect sanctuary, providing a much-needed retreat after exploring Grado. And let's talk about the breakfast – it was truly fantastic! The variety of food on offer was impressive, catering to every taste, and the coffee was, without a doubt, the best we've ever had. I can't recommend Hotel Castrum enough! This hotel is truly a gem in Grado. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly clean and fresh everything was. It's clear that every detail has been meticulously thought out and perfected. The staff were absolutely wonderful – so kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. They really go the extra mile! Our room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring efficient air conditioning which was a blessing. The bathroom was spotless and appeared brand new, with all facilities in pristine condition. And the breakfast… simply magnificent! They offer a fantastic spread of Italian specialties, along with a great selection of fresh vegetables. Again, the breakfast staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making for a delightful start to each day. Hotel Castrum is truly an ideal hotel; this is exactly how hotels should be run. Рекомендуємо. Невеличкий отель у відреставрованій будівлі старого міста. Все нове, чисте, зручне. Ми зупинились в двомісному номері. В кімнаті кондиціонер, але у нашому номері , не дивлячись на спеку та мансардний поверх, було добре навіть з відчиненими вікнами. Тільки іноді і ненадовго ,ми вмикали його, щоб знизити температуру. Шафа, сейф, стільці, мініхолодильник. Все як в описі і на фото від отеля. Гель для душу, мило, капці, чайник, вода. Достатня кількість розеток. Вайфай на відмінно. У номері немає фену, мені він був не потрібен, але якщо для вас це обов'язковий пункт в догляді за собою, тоді майте свій або можливо по запиту вам його нададуть на рецепшені. Стійка реєстрації відкрита з раннього ранку і до 21:00. Потім в отель можна потрапити з ключем від кімнати. Сніданки смачні. Декілька видів сирів, ковбас, прошуто, овочі, солодке, мюслі, йогурт, круасан, чай, кава... Снідати можна в приміщенні , а також на задньому подвір'ї є декілька столиків. Отель на три поверхи. Є ліфт. Персонал дуже дуже привітний, приємний, ввічливий, дружній і з бажанням допомогти зорієнтуватись, забронювати столик для вечері, тощо. З дороги нас зустріли зразу запропонувавши воду, чай , каву. Дуже приємний жест після декількох годин в дорозі. Також швидко вирішили питання паркінгу. Місце розташування - самий центр старого міста. Все поруч. Абсолютно все - смачні ресторани, морозиво, бари, променад по над морем, пляжі, музей, площа з мозаїкою. Головне не заблукати в стареньких...
