Beautiful location with incredible views but poor customer service. When we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty but we were put in a tight corner spot outside, disappointing. We all ordered together. My son ordered spaghetti with butter only (the waitress spoke beautiful English so I’m not sure where the misinterpretation was) but when our dishes came out together, they brought him spaghetti with clams. We returned it and waited for our son’s food to arrive before eating. We asked for bread for him while we waited bc he was hungry - they brought it but charged us 6 euro for it. That is just poor customer service. We had already waited quite a bit for the food. The bread they provided him should have been customary to fill the void of their error. I just think that’s bad...
Read moreA bit disappointed with the overall experience. The first waitress came and threw the menus at us. We ordered a linguine allo scoglio and calamaro grigliata. They were not amazing tbh. I’ve paid so much less in Italy for something that tastes so much nicer.
I noticed on the menu that the service charge with bread was €3 each. They never brought us the bread so the service charge should have been €1.50 each. Be careful that they don’t try to cheat you. I know it’s not much different but I don’t like being cheated.

Really good. I recommend it highly. They do not rely on the view of the castle and treat the place as an easy tourist trap, we felt really welcome (as limited Italian speakers) and the staff were great with the kids.
