Enoteca Iscla Vinum — Restaurant in Ischia

So we found this place totally by accident. Be careful because you might miss one of the best wine bars in Italy!! No seriously! This place is worth hunting down! Don’t get confused by the other site this is the one you want!! It is more of a wine shop that serves wine and small plates of food. For us that was perfect.

We focused upon the wines from the region and had a medium plate of local food presented beautifully.

Alessia who looked after us was both knowledgeable and spoke brilliant English (no surprise her sister lives in Loughborough.

We stayed for maybe 4 hours just enjoying the ambience and good company.

Highly recommended.

We enjoyed glasses of wine at Iscla Vinum several times during our recent visit to Ischia. They have a lovely selection of local wines and beers available by the glass or bottle – our favorite was the Antonio Mazzella Vigna del Lume Biancolella. Lovely staff too. We would definitely recommend it. We only wished they would offer wine tasting flights - maybe an opportunity...

Spotted this on our first night and decided we had to pop in for a glass of wine at some point. Glad we did. The bar/shop is very cute. Large selection of wine and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide what to have.
