I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my partner and I experienced during our recent visit to your establishment. We chose to visit your restaurant for lunch based on the positive reviews we had read. However, our experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon entering, almost the entire staff was at the entrance counter, looking at us. We politely inquired if there was a table available for two. In response, we received a half-hearted "At the moment, no," which left us feeling unwelcome and awkward. The demeanor and the way we were looked at by the entire team were quite disrespectful. As we exited, we even heard laughter behind us.

We felt very mistreated at that moment, especially since I quickly glanced inside and noticed that the restaurant was half empty.

In short, the service was terrible. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the quality of the food as we did not have the opportunity to try it.

Location is very pleasant, we were seated at the square right in front of the view, so this is amazing. Service was welcoming and good, although they seemed busy. We ordered the cheese gnocchi and it was served to us stone cold. We returned it but wasn’t much better when they re-served it to us. Oggi ho avuto il piacere di pranzare presso il ristorante Casa Giuseppe Gabetti situato sulla splendida terrazza panoramica di La Morra, un vero gioiello incastonato tra le colline UNESCO delle Langhe. La posizione privilegiata direttamente sul belvedere regala una vista mozzafiato che da sola varrebbe la visita.

Ho deciso di pranzare all'interno del locale, caratterizzato da un ambiente rustico ma raffinato, con mattoni a vista che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente.

Per quanto riguarda il cibo, sono rimasto incantato dalla qualità e dall'esecuzione impeccabile. Ho ordinato gli Agnolotti del plin con il loro fondo bruno, un primo piatto che racchiude tutta l'essenza della cucina piemontese. Come secondo, l'arrosto di fassone con purè di patate si è rivelato sublime: la carne tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione, si scioglieva in bocca, mentre il purè, cremoso e ben condito, ha completato il piatto in modo armonioso. L'attenzione ai dettagli si percepiva in ogni boccone.

Il giovane personale di sala è stato attento e professionale, la cortesia e la disponibilità hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.
