Emporium — Restaurant in La Spezia

Hidden gem of La Specia. More people should get to know this place. I was blown away by the "no menu" home-made concept. Every single cocktail is mixed to the each person's style and flavors. I was amazed communication, very polite and smiley and most of all I loved the attention to every little detail like welcome flavored water or an appetizer automatically served with our drinks.

This Bar is truely amazing!

I don‘t want to spoil the experience but let me just say that everyone gets their own special drink. The bartenders put so much thought into their creations and are very happy to tell you about the process behind them. One can clearly see that these people are passionate about what they are doing.

Will definitely go back when I‘m in La Spezia. Who knows maybe I‘ll make it for Christmas to have a taste of the cocktail they are...

Great drinks and snacks! I really loved them.

Our first oder came really quickly but we waited really long for the waiter to come back outside where we sat to order a second time (1,5h passed but it felt way longer).

According to other people‘s reviews it was never a problem so maybe this was a one-time thing but I feel like mentioning it.

I don‘t know if I ever come back to La Spezia, but if you are there I would recommend this...
