Pastry Cafe Dolci Magie in La Spezia was a delightful discovery, made even sweeter thanks to the lovely apartment we were staying at, which gifted us vouchers for croissants 🥐 and coffee, or orange juice. What a brilliant way to start the day! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting, the display cabinets were filled with exquisite pastries, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee was simply irresistible.

Our croissants were buttery, golden, and perfectly flaky—hands down some of the best we’ve had in Italy. Paired with a smooth, creamy cappuccino, it was the kind of breakfast that makes you stop and savour every bite. We couldn’t resist trying more from their selection, and we’re so glad we did—the tiramisu was luscious and well-balanced, and their delicate pastry horns (cannoncini) were filled with silky custard and just the right amount of sweetness.

What made the experience truly special was the warm, genuine service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you’re sitting inside or enjoying the outdoor tables with a view of the charming La Spezia street life, there’s a relaxed, joyful vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.

I tried the Rum Baba, Tiramisu, Strawberry Cheesecake, and a breathtaking Panna Cotta with Raspberry Confit-I could've eaten a dozen of that one alone. Appena entri nella pasticeria/bar, ti avvolge dal suo ambiente luminoso e ordinato. Pregi: La vetrina é medio vasta per le scelte dei prodotti presenti I pasticcini a prima vista ti invogliano ad acquistarli, e faresti bene perché sono buoni e gustosi. Per un amante come me dei cappuccini, sono stato soddisfatto (deluso spesso da altri locali). Al tavolo a fianco c'erano dei clienti che gustavo un aperitivo, questo fq conquistare una stella in più essendo una pasticceria. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile e vieni servito con simpatia. Si può pagare sia con contanti che carta di credito. Ci sono posti a sedere all'esterno per i fumatori o per chi ama vedere come panorama i passanti lungo la via. Rispettano le norme Anti-Covid. Difetti: Dal mio punto di vista, alcune paste sono un po' piccole rispetto ad altre pasticcerie dello stesso livello. Anche il prezzo é un po' eccessivo data come dicevo prima la grandezza dei pasticcini mentre per i cappuccini é nella norma. Un disabile farebbe fatica ed entrare per lo spazio presente nel locale, quindi su questo punto non lo consiglierei. Conclusione: Al di là della grandezza delle paste o il prezzo o poco spazio per i disabili, La consiglierei a tutte quelle persone che vogliono gustare dei buoni pasticcini con un buon cappuccino. Viaggio molto per lavoro e questa pasticceria diventerà il mio punto ristoro per una buona merenda. Spendo un po', ma...
