A truly excellent restaurant - we chose to eat here two nights in a row after discovering it. The chefs really know how to elevate good quality local ingredients. Scarola and beans were wonderful as a starter. Warm comforting greens with small white beans that are almost impossibly buttery, occasionally punctuated by a salty olive. The rolled parmigiana di melanzane is perfectly textured, rich, and moreish. Pasta very well prepared - we loved their version of pasta alla Gricia but this is also a great place to try the Campanian dish pasta alla Nerano. The homemade tiramisu was fantastic. I wish I could comment on the secondi piatti but we unfortunately had no more time in Ischia to enjoy what else this brilliant restaurant has to offer. The down side is getting here. Expect to bath in your own bodily thermal pool by the time you arrive.
The view and decor is exceptional and the service quality is above average for a culture which prides itself in simplicity and anti pretentiousness. This is the one and only place out of many meals where the waiter took the time to explain and introduce the good dishes in depth and without it feeling rushed.
A little.over priced but overall I think I'd go back as long as they rotate the menu...

This restaurant is honestly Michelin star quality at very reasonable prices. We had the appetizer selection to start (a mix of delicious starters, each crafted with such beautiful detail), then the Ammatriciana pasta (our favorite dish) and finally the fish with lemon capers (so fresh and perfectly cooked!)! the house white wine paired perfectly with all of it.
