Enttäuschende Erfahrungen: kleine Portionen, vergessliches Personal (wir haben auf eine Flasche Wasser über 30 Minuten gewartet und mussten nochmal daran erinnern, dass wir Wasser haben wollten), das Gericht „Hähnchen auf Gemüse“ kam nur zur Hälfte (erst nur Fleisch auf Rucola bekommen und das Gemüse kam eine halbe Stunde später, aber auch nur, weil ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich kein Gemüse bekommen hatte), das Steak bezahlt man nach Gewicht (die Hälfte des Steaks war Fett und Knochen, also nicht essbar), ein Saft á 0,2 Liter kostet 4€, statt 107€ wurden 121€ berechnet (eine Flasche Wasser zu viel berechnet und ein Gericht statt 16€ mit 25€ berechnet), am Ende haben wir mit 120€ bezahlt und statt 14€ Rückgeld nur 6€ Rückgeld erhalten. Das Essen war zwar lecker, aber es waren einfach zu viele negative Punkte, um hier mehr als zwei Sterne geben zu können. Hätten wir die anderen Google-Bewertungen vorher gelesen, hätten wir gewusst, was uns erwartet. Aber so waren wir einfach nur enttäuscht.

This was not the best pizza I have got - the fish was terrible. We eat half and payed en left. View was really nice and live music perfect but the we will not come back. Service kind of know that the food was bad, because they were hiding from our table the whole dinner, as if they know..

Sono stato oggi a pranzo insieme alla mia famiglia in questa struttura e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto delusi. Il personale , in particolare la signora Maria, ci ha accolto in modo arrogante e sgarbato . Durante la presentazione del menu ci spiegava il tutto molto velocemente e distaccato senza darci ulteriori spiegazioni , inoltre la mise en place era pessima ( bicchieri unti e macchiati e copri macchia sporco) La struttura in generale è poco curata . Sconsiglio vivamente di andarci , l’unica nota positiva è il luogo. Ah dimenticavo , dal menu era previsto un contorno per ogni commensale ma alla fine ci servono una sola insalata dicendo che era per due persone ( allego la foto ) mentre per chi aveva ordinato la frittura di totani ci viene servita questa rucola , precedentemente spacciata per insalata …

Very poor service, despite the 3 Euro price per person for it. We tried seafood plate as a starter, all the fish was sinked in vinegar, very sour. After that we decided to try pizza, after more than 30 minutes of waiting we asked if it was ready - and the waitress said that it was ready, but after 5 more minutes there still was no pizza on our table, they just started to cook it. So we decided to refuse from pizza and to pay immediately. The waitress’ mood changed from nice to fury in a second. And the last but not least - one extra water was added to the receipt. The bill was thrown to our table, when we paid - no „thanks“, the staff was rude and disappointed. So better think twice whether you really want...

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING place, which can not be even called a restaurant!!! All food is frozen and when they cook something then it is burned. It seems that they have found their cook in the garbage. Moreover the price for local wine is really huge compared to other restaurants. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. They are cheating their clients with prices. In the menu is one price, but they charge you higher price, hoping that client will not notice it. Also for the service (coperto) it is indicated in their Menu the price is 2 eur, but in the bill it is 3 eur.

Therefore if you do not want to have disgusting food, horrible service and to be cheated in most impident way, please avoid this place.

The service was very very poor!!! We waited for more than one hour to have our starter (4 miserable bruschetta) and after more than another 30 minutes 1 plate only arrived (small portion of gnochetti with few pieces of fish...). When the 2nd plate arrived the first one was cold, unfortunately we decided to leave... in more than 1,5 hour nobody took care about us, all the other tables around were served... as we were leaving the boss caught us, threat to call the police, told us we are miserable and poor tourists... speaking almost no english... this guy must not forget he is leaving because of the tourists... go far away of this place there are plenty of other nice restaurants in...
